About OnBlick

OnBlick is a SaaS-based application developed with the motive of streamlining HR and Immigration processes to ensure Organizational Compliance. It assimilates intelligence from regulatory sources to provide authentic guidance on HR and Immigration Compliance.

OnBlick is enriched with features like H-1B case management, SOC predictor, Electronic I-9, PAF Automation and Employee Management (ESS).

SOC predictor suggests appropriate SOC codes and wage levels to be offered for the potential H-1B employee based on the requirements.

With the H-1B Case management module, employers can initiate, manage and track H-1B petitions under one platform. OnBlick’s Electronic Form I-9 simplifies the process of completing Form I-9s for all the employees including remote hires. PAF (Public Access File) automation feature creates an entire PAF immediately after an In-Progress LCA is uploaded.

Pros:

We have been using Onblick for last 2 years. Setting Up Onblick was easy and navigation through the system is simple. It is great to maintain all immigration related documents at one place (onblick). The customer services is excellent. They take the extra mile in a friendly and relaxed way to educate and answer.

Cons:

The software is less customizable which makes the usage little difficult at sometimes.

User Friendly Immigration Tool for all HR Activites

Onblick has the best features I9, PAF, I983 with great navigation and helps the HR activities to have a record of day to day activities. The best part is their new eSignRight portal which helps to get the electronic signature done by anyone along with the audit trail. Very easy to use and Highly Recommended

Pros:

Onblick Timesheet management makes easy for consultants to record their working hours and send for the review and approval from the supervisor or the HR, This Tool reduces the manual effort and provides the detailed information along with the Project. We also use performance evaluation to guide the consultants for the improvements and professional growth

Cons:

As of now we didn't find any issues using this software. The supoort team and the product team are best to provide the support when it is required and full fill the needs

Overall package with Compliance as the first priority

I have a very good experience with OnBlick so far as the system is designed in a way where we don't have to worry about the compliance aspects as system alerts us everytime when there is any need of action

I would say that OnBlick is helping us with onboarding and off boarding the employees. It is helping us from collecting the documents and initiating the offer letters and completing the I9's on time as per the USCIS guidelines is awesome

Good Tool for Timesheet management

It is obviously a good experience so far, as I have almost acheived what I wanted from the system, be it I9 initiation and all.

OnBlick is helping us with the Timesheet management with the ESS access. It saves us a lot of time in approving the timesheets from the employees without going back and forth with email conversations.

Cons:

I don't have any dislikes as it is solving my problems on time. Also, the team is very helpful interms of support. All good for now
