Simple and Reliable Time Tracking

Overall, my experience has been positive. It makes tracking work hours straightforward and reliable, and it takes away the guesswork from managing timecards. While there’s room for improvement in customization and reporting, it’s been a helpful and efficient tool for keeping track of time.

User friendly interface. Everything is user friendly. The whole app. Love it. User-Friendly Interface The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to clock in/out without confusion. Quick Time Tracking Clocking in and out takes just a tap — it’s fast and responsive, which saves time during busy shifts. Accurate Time Records The app reliably tracks hours worked, which gives me confidence in my timesheets and pay accuracy. Mobile Accessibility Being able to use the app on my phone means managing my hours is convenient whether I’m at home or on the go. Clear Shift Details The shift summaries and total hours are easy to read and understand at a glance. Notifications/Reminders (if applicable) The reminders to clock in/out help me maintain accurate time tracking throughout the day. Reliable Performance I haven’t experienced crashes or major bugs, which makes the app dependable day to day. Good for Team Collaboration (if used by others)

Cons:

On the app, you can't put an exact time if an employee has a missed punch. The area I like least about the OnTheClock app is the limited flexibility in correcting or adjusting entries. When staff make mistakes, the process to fix them feels more time-consuming than it should be.

On-the-Clock from Quickbooks Online

The folks that helped with the conversion and initial setup were fantastic and timely with their work. They communicated well and within 2 days we were active.

Converting from QuickBooks Online was a breeze. Running first payroll was flawless Contractor setup was a bit confusing, but it is great now My G/L posting is down to 4 entries instead of 12-15

Cons:

Reporting is pretty limited. It works for me since I only post the weekly PR entries on Quickbooks Desktop. I have not been through a Workers Comp audit with it, but that will be in the fall. My employees don't always tell me about a missed punch, so I have to watch those numbers.

What I most liked about OnTheClock was the ability of our technicians to have the ability to log in and out of a job.

What I liked least about OnTheClock is some of our older technicians had older phones and had some issues connecting to OnTheClock.

SO EASY A 3RD GRADER CAN USE IT........

The OnTheClock app has never gave me any problems. I would definitely recommend the app. I forgot to mention that the app is completely FREE in your app store on your phone. I like the security they have set up within the app is on point.

I love that it is a very easy app to use. It does not use up to much space in your phone. It didn't cause my phone to caught any bugs that's always a plus.

Cons:

I honestly don't have any cons about the app. It is a pretty good app to me. I love to you use it. I feel like a 3rd grader would be able to use this app with no problems.

Its simple to use, doesnt have any issues, its easy to see how many hours you have, it has a nice color palet. and its very cheap

Cons:

its very difficult to understand the week menu to see past weeks, the payrolll is not included for our tier which i consider pretty basic, we dont do payments or invoice neither

Easy to Use When You're OnTheClock

It worked as I expected and I had no problems with it. But it's pretty funny/sad that you emailed me to ask for a review in exchange for a $25 Amazon gift card, and then when I click the link to leave the review it says "Unfortunately there are no gift cards are available at this time."

What did I like most about OnTheClock? It is easy to use to track hours. Starting and stopping my work sessions was simple.

Cons:

What did I like least about OnTheClock? I wished I could edit my timecard but it wouldn't let me. Because a couple of times I forgot to punch out at the correct time. Not sure if that was a function of OnTheClock or if my employer didn't allow me to edit it.

Good, easy to use and track, very informational in the app, and accessibility is ideal. I also really like that the app keeps it simple from having to go out of the way in the shop in the morning/afternoons

Ease of use in the app and sign in each morning and afternoon clock out. It loads quickly and accessibility is also comparable

Cons:

The physical time clock in the shop usually has given myself and others issues with signing in and allowing proper clock in and out
