Patriot Payroll vs TaxCloud: Which is best for you?

My employees love the portal so they can see what they are getting paid and get their tax documents immediatley after they are posted at the end of the year.

I really do not think there are any cons that I have some across, other than some employees , may need to go back to school to learn how to read and spell, and no matter how many times you tell them that they are responsible for their log in details not the employer

I ended up just reactivating because the states were a hassle because you were required to file electronically and couldn't manually do it after TaxCloud was submitting. While not necessarily a direct issue with TaxCloud, there needs to be a better way to deactivate with all states that they have you submitting so you can start up again with a new vendor or just close your business. When engaging support, sometimes they're fast and responsive, sometimes they're the opposite.
