  • Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.
  • There only thing don't like about Paycom is the reports for Labor Allocation does not include the column with exact dollar amounts of the taxes paid by employer and total of all taxes paid for the labor expenses portion of job costing.

  • Their outstanding customer service and comprehensive payroll solutions allow us to focus on what matters—growing our core operations—rather than juggling payroll tax reports or workers’ compensation insurance audits.
  • Scheduling system doesn't really work for what I need. When employees work opposite shifts I need to be able to see all employees together to ensure proper coverage.
