Paycom vs SurePayroll: Which is best for you?

Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.

This function changes alot and one frustration we have is that when those updates happen and we make a change to an employee, something breaks and we have to dig in deep w/ our specialist to figure out how to fix it.

You are also sent helpful emails when there is a holiday coming up, so you know to run your payroll early!

It was pretty smooth initially, however, it seemed that withholding customization wasn't as comprehensive as in other payroll services and customer service was very difficult to get a hold of.
