Paycom vs TimeClock Plus: Which is best for you?

Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.

This function changes alot and one frustration we have is that when those updates happen and we make a change to an employee, something breaks and we have to dig in deep w/ our specialist to figure out how to fix it.

The program works great for the flexible shifts, employee information, reporting, etc.

The only thing I do not like about TCP is that I cannot drag and drop shifts in the advanced scheduler.
