ditionally, Performance Pro's goal tracking and strategic alignment capabilities help organizations link individual goals and employee progress to broader business objectives. It offers several functionalities such as automated manager budget, bonus allocation, compensation consulting, best practice guidance, compensation structure creation, job evaluation and analysis, market data aggregate for positions and more. The multi-appraiser module allows different appraisers to submit evaluations on an employee. Users can also access information about past appraisals and use them for reference. The solution also offers managers pre-built templates for specific job titles, which can be modified as per the business requirements. Businesses can customize weightings, ratings and competency definitions as per needs. It also enables users to add goals to any process, give goals weight, link goals to strategies, track goal progress and view analytics on progression of strategic objectives. The tool also helps optimize the manager-employee communication, send notes automatically from engagement to the performance management record for the employee. Performance Pro seamlessly integrates with the business's learning management solution, The Learning Center, providing a unified user experience. This integration enables automated competency-based course assignments and ongoing assessment of employee progress, ensuring a cohesive approach to performance and development. The platform offers a functioning integration with Microsoft Teams in the Performance Pro Teams App for engagement. This allows managers to access real-time employee engagement analytics. It also offers single sign-on and integration with the business's HCM or payroll tool.
