About Napta

Napta (formerly known as PickYourSkills) is a resource and project management software, which helps organizations of all sizes organize teams and implement data management rules to ensure compliance with GDPR policies. The platform allows managers to store employee information in a repository for reference and define evaluation criteria for analyzing employees’ performance.

Napta includes a centralized dashboard, which allows teams to promote skills and goals, view available projects and track progress. It offers a host of features such as 360-degree feedback, career path management, employee and skill matching, Single Sign-on (SSO) authentication and more. Additionally, administrators can search for team members by skills, designation, department or other criteria.

Napta lets managers schedule employee training and establish custom staffing rules for projects. It also supports integration with various third-party systems including HRIS, CRM, ERP and more. Pricing details are available on request and support is provided via email and other online measures.

Easy to use, doesn't require extensive training

Cons:

Weird lack of 'back' buttons to navigate back a page and instead you have to double click on the browser page back arrow twice. Not sure why this is?!

I don't know if this exists but not in my company, but it would be great if Napta also offered a program for time report

I don't use much. Primarily planning for staffing. It works pretty well for that!

Cons:

- Calendar can be improved Ideas: - add notifications when you're staffed on a new project ? - add a way to interact with staffing: choose between several project (vote, feedback on several choices..) - better experience on Mobile (wouldn't use it much though)

Clear view on staffing (calendar, team members). Research functionality is quite performant. On personal profile, the explanation for how to evaluate a certain skill helps a lot. Customer support is really great. Quick response and quick solution was provided while the tech team works on a solution.

Cons:

When I visualise my staffing, I often see staffing rates that are greater than 100% which is bit confusing.
