Thanks to the tools of Qarrot we give our employees the necessary social recognition that generates a good work environment and great motivation. The best thing is the automatic function to celebrate the achievements and the campaigns of points and incentives.

Cons:

It took a few hours to fully integrate qarrot, but it works perfectly.

I love Qarrot!

Excellent! My overall experience with Qarrot has been nothing short of amazing. Cons:

Some minor glitches experienced. But about 2 of them within 3.5 years is not bad at all. Your team is always quick to resolve it

not worth it

It sucks that the VISA gift card vendors changed and now it has become a big issue in trying to get or use one. There are a lot of businesses that do not accept the Visa gift card that you guys provide.

need more giftcards, need to bring back amazon, that was very helpful with christmas and being able to buy gifts

How it increases moral within the work place and also the rewards. I like everything about Qarrot. There isn't one thing about it that I don't like.

Cons:

Keep up the great work with apps like this. I do kinda wish that our giving points didn't fall off at the end of the month. I wish they rolled over.

Great Experience Using Qarrot

Very good. We've been using it for years and it plays a vital role in our department. We use it to drive employees to go the extra mile since they know they'll be recognized for it.

The ease of use. Something happens at work and I can immediately issue a recognition to ensure employees feel valued for their hard work.

Cons:

Sometimes the login process takes a while. I will randomly get hit with a request to either reset my password and/or get a code sent to my email when I was just logged in.

It's a great way to connect with your colleagues. It's a great tool to show appreciation and it's easy to navigate. I like the cash out feature where you can receive virtual gift cards.

Cons:

You don't get notified when someone comments on a post about you. This should be updated so we are notified.

The opportunity to recognize collegues at any time, without having to issue any Qarrots, and then give the opportunity for other to share the same sentiments and add Qarrots as well.

Cons:

When redeeming Qarrots sometime the different monetary value options are not available. (e.g Uber least amount is 10, lyft least amount in 15)

The Qarrot system is easy to use and I feel like there are adequate reward options to choose from. It's also great when wanting to reward employee's in different departments.

Cons:

I would love the ability to suggest new reward options. I would also like to see the gift card options show in increments of $5 or $10.

Employees are able to give recognition for their team members and others they collaborate with o achieve the best possible solutions for their clients and projects they are working on. This then allows the awards to be cashed in for things they want from the available offerings.

Cons:

I do not have any cons for Qarrot. All my experience with Qarrot thus far has been very positive and engaging.
