Pros:
The approval process aligned with organization organogram. Easy redemption process. Varieties of products and recommendations of products can be redeemed with available points. gift cards and products availability with minimum number point i.e. below 50 points.
Cons:
This point to be considered as Feeback rather than "cons". I feel more if I see amazon/Flipkart Gift cards availability in Workhuman portal.

Great platform for giving recognition

What I liked most about Workhuman was the positive and inclusive company culture that helps to create, being able to recognize your colleagues and peers make a real impact on the wellbeing of employees. The platform itself is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to recognize and reward colleagues. Additionally, the customer support team is responsive and always ready to help with any issues or questions.
Cons:
What I liked least about Workhuman was the limited variety of gift cards available. It would be great to see more options to cater to diverse preferences. Additionally, there could be a better understanding and display of different prices per country and currencies to make the rewards system more transparent and equitable.

I have tested the system and it has functioned correctly

I get to give the crew points so that they feel like they're earning money other than just their base salary and I think it's useful in the face of inflation. I used it to get a replacement for damaged product I bought elsewhere and the customer service was far better than that company's. It never lets me miss someone's work anniversary because the data is already saved within the database.

I can send a badge from the galley as I wait for our flight to land, and my laptop is currently melti…they’re burning my legs due to the busted fan The system didn't fail when I tried entering with just my normal work email.
Cons:
There are too many tabs in the application this creates another frustrating case. The local team typed my address wrong and the package I got was delivered to the wrong house and it became a mess trying to fix it.

Poor Recognition Platform

There are still many folks who work in the office at Belden who would much rather have spot awards for outstanding achievements, trophies for 20+ year anniversary awards, or t-shirts for doing something well. Those who made the decision to use Bravo do not work at any of our offices and did it to cut costs, simple as that. When the leaders and managers do not use Bravo to regularly reward people, it is telling that they, too, do not believe it is a meaningful and useful mode to recognize the job well done. There is very little to value of getting a minimum of $30 for a project that took me 2 months to do just to buy something from the marketplace that is barely worth $20. To me, it is a bit disingenuous and does not encourage me to work any harder than I do.

It's easy to globally connect with those and see what others at Belden are doing. If used well, it has the potential for others to feel better connected as an organization and recognize people who truly go above and beyond at Belden.
Cons:
There are many things. The cash equivalent for the award is not equivalent to market value in the marketplace. For instance, I could buy a pair of iPads on Amazon for $100 but the Bravo marketplace would need at least $125 in Bravo points. Ultimately this gives employees the impressions that 1) Belden simply wanted to cut costs with recognizing employees by using a program no one would use 2) Give out points that no one would use given the discrepancy in value 3) Not have a desire to authentically reward employees.

Pretty good - most of my issues is with my company administers it rather than the platform itself. It did get disabled and had certain limitations for a long time.

I like that I can exchange for a variety of different things and vouchers. Sometimes you can find this you wouldn't really expect, but I tend to use points mostly for vouchers when I want new games/appliances and things.
Cons:
My company inflates the dollar to points value a bit which is frustrating.

Reasons for switching to Workhuman

Previously my company used Prezzee vouchers. I'm not sure if that's the same as 'Prezi' but it wouldn't come up as an option.

It's very simple to find coworkers in the tool and then locate an appropriate award tier to nominate them for. Transparent feedback is received when their award is acted upon which keeps you apprised on it's status.
Cons:
I wish the service award could be converted into a eCard because personally I picked something for my 10 year anniversary reward that ended up being not as expected.
