- Overall, the platform is powerful and intuitive. While the initial setup for specific payroll configurations took some effort, the automation it provides for onboarding and employee management is unmatched by other platforms we've used As you add more modules (IT, HR, Device Management), the per-user monthly cost adds up quickly, which might be steep for very small startups.
- No Edit Functionality: Once a leave request is submitted, there's no option to edit or modify it. If I make a mistake in dates or need to change the leave type, I have to cancel the entire request and create a new one.
