- Overall, the platform is powerful and intuitive. While the initial setup for specific payroll configurations took some effort, the automation it provides for onboarding and employee management is unmatched by other platforms we've used As you add more modules (IT, HR, Device Management), the per-user monthly cost adds up quickly, which might be steep for very small startups.
- They don’t always publish transparent pricing, so it’s hard to predict exactly how much it will cost, especially as you add more employees or modules, also in certain cases, communication is via ticketing or email, and users feel there’s a lack of dedicated human contact or escalation for critical problems.
- I enjoy the ease-of-use and speed at which we were able to get up and running with our training program, especially with different users in different areas, time zones, etc. Many of our users have said that it is easy to navigate and I've received little if any complaints about how to use the system.
- I'd like an easier way to build in more areas for customized design, fitting in more logo space (this is SOOOO frustrating!), etc., with a broader color pallet to match company colors.
