Big fan of Runa

Very personalized, the onboarding is great you have a success person all for you during your first 2 months of use and setup. It takes 1-2 weeks to setup everything and automate payroll.

Pros:

setting up payroll and social security payments in LATAM with Runa is super fast, easy and reliable.

Cons:

It does not do all the social security or particularly in Mexico all the IMSS registration of SUA of your employees

Reasons for choosing Runa

Their personalized support on the first days makes it a winner. Both have very similar prices and functionalities but the support team of Runa is 10x better.

It had a lot of bugs, we had to use hacks to have proper management

Best payroll engine in Mexico

Runa is amazing - they've simplified complex payroll calculations and payment execution into a seamless, straightforward great digital experience for our HR team and employees. We've saved so much time and costs by switching over to Runa, our employees have a great portal, and we have peace of mind that we are compliant from payroll perspective locally. Whenever we have any questions, their Customer Success team is great and very responsive. Would 100% recommend to companies at any stage.

What I like most about Runa is that it makes me love running payroll - before Runa running payroll was a big headache and very time consuming, now it super seamless and actually enjoyable. We execute payroll in just a few clicks!

Managing payroll in the simplest way possible

It is a tool in which we have all the employee information centralized and I have been able to stop using Excel. With RUNA we have all the automated control of the payroll and HR management

Cons:

We compare it to Nomipac but RUNA is more modern
