Pros:

It is very simple to use, customize, and deploy, which is why it is the best option for us. Additionally, the fact that the platform can easily be integrated with MS Azure and MS Teams is a huge advantage for us.

Cons:

The platform should also encompass other HRM activities such as employee onboarding management, employee database management, and employee training management capabilities.

This platform has assisted us in managing goals to be achieved within the organization, department, individually, and even in the self-development of employees.

Quiet Thanks, Loud Impact

It's honestly been a good space to pause and appreciate people. Sometimes we move so fast with work that we forget the small but powerful ways our teammates support us. Teamflect helped me express that gratitude, and even just writing it down gave me peace of mind. Beyond recognitions, I also appreciate how we can add certain features for meetings — like agendas, notes, and follow-ups — all in one place. Plus, the interface is really nice and easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

I really appreciate how simple and encouraging it feels to give recognition through Teamflect. It gives me a chance to acknowledge people who made a real difference to me, especially during tough moments — without having to explain everything. Just being able to say a heartfelt “thank you” in a meaningful way feels like a big thing.

Cons:

One thing I noticed is that we don’t get notifications when someone comments on a recognition. We only get alerts for feedback requests or when someone gives feedback — but if someone leaves a comment, it just quietly sits there unless you go back and check. I feel it would really help if there was an instant notification for comments too. That way, we don’t miss out on those encouraging replies or follow-ups that actually mean a lot.

The switch from Leapsome to Teamflect was made to simplify and integrate performance and feedback tools directly within Microsoft Teams. Teamflect makes it easier to give recognition, manage 1:1s, and track goals without switching platforms — keeping everything in one familiar space and encouraging more frequent, meaningful engagement across the team.

Teamflect connects our team in a way no other software has. The ability to maintain schedules, meeting notes and agendas, set goals and objectives, and complete reviews has been exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

There are areas where it is still a little clunky, though we see consistent updates addressing these as we go along.

Great product that does everything you need, simply and fast.

From the time I took the trial, we have been handheld by a human person - which was great. The sales person and the customer success person were both prompt, knowledgable and supportive. They helped us overcome the barriers we had to sign up. The tool itself has been very useful. In our specific case, our main need was for Goals/OKRs - but we ended up using it for surveys, 1-1's, tasks AND Goals/OKRs.

It is inside Teams and makes life as a manager so much easier. Everything is within the one app now!

Cons:

It's a new product and bugs show up from time to time. But thats OK - their support team are fantastic. The UX needs some tweaking as things are fully easy to understand. Example - I still don't understand how focus people works.

I have enjoyed using Teamflect - it has saved me a significant amount of time. I no longer have to send out email reminders - each individual is part of a goal, which has helped streamline the HR tasks process.

It's user-friendly, and everyone can see the different goals I create with the way I set it up - that's a great feature.

Cons:

When creating a goal, there are several options to choose from for setting it up, which can be confusing due to the lack of clarity on what each option means.

Teamflect is a winner!

I think this software is a winner and what we will likely migrate to in our new fiscal year for all staff. It is reasonably priced, intuitive, and integrated with Teams.

I love the integration with Teams, goal setting & the reminders to update goal status. I also appreciate the ability to indicate dotted line and direct line manager/supervisors so that those staff can have documented interactions with both. For companies that use excel to measure productivity, the ability to connect goals to excel is amazing. The One:One meeting layout is very helpful with Talking Points, Shared and Private Notes, Task and more.

Cons:

We are just dipping our toes into testing Teamflect before we add additional staff, so I feel ill-equipped to comment on "Cons". The only awkwardness I see so far is in goal development for goals that are hard to quantify but deserve more attention than Completed/Not Completed.

Reasons for switching to Teamflect

PayCor's goal setting is awkward and challenging to update. There were no reminders, nothing to keep those goals at the forefront.
