About Timesheets.com

Timesheets.com provides cloud-based time tracking for small and midsize businesses. The service allows employers to track both hourly time for payroll and project time for billing.

Employers can also track reimbursable expenses, employee schedules and human resources (HR) documents. The mobile version allows users to track time and expenses remotely.

Time off and accruals can be managed through time-off requests, a time-off calendar, usage tracking and reporting. HR features include document management and communication tools. Time can be exported to QuickBooks and other payroll and accounting packages. Other integrations include Paychex, ADP, SurePayroll, Ceridian, Gusto and more.

Pricing is per user per month. Timesheets.com offers phone, chat, email and text message support.

Excellent Time Tracker - superb customer service

Easy to use, easy to add and remove employees, flexible, great pricing, great reporting, easy adaption for employees, most of them use it on their phones, they have geo fencing and great reporting capabilities.

Overall, we like the look and feel of timesheets.com. We loved the simple pricing! The other guys were so complication in pricing, we couldn't understand what we would be paying. We appreciated how straightforward and easy it is to track time, clocking in and out and the reporting.

Simple tracking, solid value, a few trade-offs

Overall it has been a good experience, there is a slight learning curve because some of the options are not obviously placed, but it is very useful. You can take pictures of your receipts and download them in as well, which is extremely helpful.

What I like most about Timesheets.com is that it doesn't just support clock-in/clock-out, it supports per diem, milage and other expenses

Cons:

It does not have a dedicated app for the phone; it is more of a web application. It would be more user-friendly if they added an app you could download onto your phone.

Pros:

Keeping track of billable hours and total productivity is made very easy by the platform's ability to log hours spent on specific research projects. Finding it possible to sort time entries by project and task was especially helpful for me because it makes it clear how resources are being used for different study projects. Creating detailed reports quickly is another great feature. These reports show how time is being spent and how the project is going, which is very important for making sure that goals are met, and resources are used well. Easy entry is another great thing about the platform. I could easily access the platform on different devices, whether I was working from the office or from home.

Cons:

Although the platform has helpful reporting tools, it would be better if users could customize reports to meet their specific research needs. Furthermore, the process of okaying time entries can sometimes feel a bit complicated, especially when there are a lot of tasks and team members involved.

Others like Clockify offer automatic time tracking based on user behavior, like keeping track of when certain apps or websites are used.

They have been very responsive and proactive. They provide as much support as needed and they do it in the kindest most human way, something that is not easy (AI) to find these days.

What a wonderful experience with Timesheets.com! [sensitive content hidden] handled our implementation and training from start to finish, and he was quite thorough. [sensitive content hidden] followed up with me post-implementation several times to make sure everything went well. She offered solutions for us to streamline the hourly time submissions.
