Its a great step up from excel spreadsheets, but still could use some improvements

The service team is very responsive to my needs. They respond quickly and work hard to ensure I understand fully the answer to my questions. They respond via chat, email and over the phone. Most needs are met the same day.

We love the ability to access via the phone app or website, no more spreadsheets and formulas. Being able to clock in and out removes the need to remember what time work began and ended each day.
Cons:
The report section for payroll and administrative review needs to be improved. More analytical options and easier to customize the reports to our specific needs. Staff do not like needing to hit "save" when entering time via the website, ability to autosave when changes are made would be super helpful

On autosave, the manual save is intentional. In timekeeping, a saved entry directly affects pay and PTO accruals — for companies that accrue on an hourly basis, an unintended entry could automatically add or remove earned time before anyone reviews it. TimeTrakGO has been one of the best tools we have added to our daily operations. It's not just a time clock! It has helped us save so much time with other aspects related to payroll, PTO tracking, etc. It's user friendly, our employees have no problem using it and customer service/support does such a great job.
Cons:
I can't really say that I do not like a certain feature because it serves most of our needs. I know you are always providing updates to the platform/program and we plan on sticking around to see what all new features come with time.

with TimeTrakGo we receive better value for money, flexible time clock options, user friendly and we loved the customer service we received and currently receive.

uAttend was just not the right platform for us. It gets the job done but we needed more from our time keeping system. They also do not have the flexibility to be able to make a clock out of a tablet, kiosk, etc. Also, limited ability to pull reports, accrue PTO, etc.

TimeTrakGo is easy for employees to use. We went from having no time tracking system to using TimeTrakGo with little to no training needed. The employees said it is simple to use.
Cons:
I wish it was easier to navigate the back end and there were mor options for how to assign time. A better way for the employees to change their requests, or the administrator to change the request without declining it and creating a new one. Also, a way to look at the time off calendar view without it showing the declined requests.

Very easy system to use and we can set up perimeters to reduce what employees do and do not have access to.
Cons:
That I get kicked out, as a manager of a remote company in multiple time zones I have to check regularly to ensure employees are on. If they could make that an option it would help out a lot so I don't have to constantly log in. Otherwise great product!

The auto-logout is intentional and in place to protect the integrity of your employee time records. Timecards are legal work records, and an open session allows punch edits, approvals, and access to employee schedules and attendance data. Timeouts ensure that any changes made are by an authenticated, active user — which matters if a time dispute ever arises. This is especially important on shared devices or unattended screens. So easy to work with and have all the features we need as a small business. Love that it has accruals in the system for our team to see on-demand.
Cons:
I wish that you could specify a start time when requesting time off, but that is very minor in the grand scheme of things.

We started using Timetrakgo about a month ago. After trying several other timeclock programs, I was in love with the ease of use. It can be fancy, or as simple as you need. Customer Service is easily accessible for any help needed.
Cons:
The price of the programs are great. I wish there was not an extra administrative fee for the Plus program, but the cost is still very competitive and is worth the extra.

They were too complex. They wanted everything to be classified. I just wanted clock in/out.

Their cost was too high, when we tried to lower the number of licenses, they wanted to charge us double.

I left another company for better customer service and easier platform, I found what I was looking for with TimeTrakGO. Our team has had zero difficulty with the transition from systems. I absolutely appreciate the facial recognition and so does our team. I can also create rules to make payroll so much easier.

I appreciate the ease of use and when I call I get to speak with a person. I am extremely busy and your team is very responsive (also very pleasant)

Nothing as of yet.... I had a short transition period going from one platform to another but your team was very helpful

Reasons for switching to TimeTrakGO

Their customer service is AI, they are not responsive, they do not return phone calls. You can only solve your problems using AI in a chat. Then you decide to cancel your subscription and they charge you anyway. Oh and they change their platform without notice and you come in on a Monday morning and have to figure out the new timeclock and then explain it to everyone. One more thing their time punch button is next to the logout button so as you can imagine that was a constant problem

The ease of setting up users (employees) is good. Correcting time and viewing reports is relatively easy as well.
Cons:
The integration for QuickBooks is not as useful as advertised. Importing a file into QuickBooks desktop has never been very easy or intuitive, and TimeTrakGo does not have a Web Connector integration so it really defeats the expectations when it is promised to have an "integration" for QBD.

Needed something less expensive but still functional enough to track employee hours and locations.
