About WorkTango

WorkTango is an employee experience platform designed to enhance workplace culture and engagement. It serves organizations in sectors such as manufacturing, education, technology and government, supporting both hybrid and remote work environments. The platform aids in change management, leadership development and improving employee experience.

WorkTango offers two main modules. The Surveys and Insights module provides employee lifecycle surveys with dashboards that track sentiment and suggest action plans for leaders. The Recognition and Rewards module automates recognition programs, including service awards and milestone celebrations, with features for cost tracking and control. It includes a rewards marketplace, nominations and awards functionality and wellness tracking.

Great Tool to Give Employees Benefits and Recognize Colleagues

I think that my overall experience with WorkTango is positive and I would recommend it to small companies looking to provide an added benefit without breaking the bank.

My favorite platform for Recognitions and WIN!

It's been more that 5 years now I am using WorkTango. It allows colleagues from different teams to give and receive recognition on record which is great to show management and feel appreciated in the work accomplished.

Pros:

The positivity is such a team boost! Our team often gives shout-outs, recognition to teammates, across departments, and across the company. It is so easy to use and easy to set up. Customer service is incredible and really answer your questions. Our team uses it at least once a day and we have loved how it integrates so easily with Slack!

Cons:

I need to go one by one to mark the notification as read, this is really time consuming. This needs to be taken care of. Other than this theres nothing that I don't like.

Pros:

It's very easy to use. You can self learn and get it down within a few minutes.

Cons:

The catalog is so expensive. I don't see many employees talk about what they redeem points for and it might be because everything costs so many points.

Having the ability to reach an entire company with a click of a button. Feedback from all employees is a great value and Worktango makes it easier to manage.

Cons:

I didn’t really dislike any of the features in Worktango. It’s a great software for what we use it for.

Work Tango!!

I have always had an amazing experience with work tango. Learning how to use the website was a breeze. And the recognition other give is always motivating. The Website is secure and doesn't make me feel like my purchases or information is shared with anyone other than those who need to see it.

Pros:

I like how it allows options for each user to engage with others by showing recognition in a quick, fun and easy way. It is so user friendly, and gives you access to so many different vendors and merchants for products. The point system is equivalent to the value of money when making purchases. I honestly love using work tango and working towards a goal to earn points for gift cards and other cool things I want or need.

Cons:

The only con is probably that if you don't give away your points you lose them each month. But it does make sure you recognize others more often then not.

I have kept in contact with co-workers I used to sit next to that now work in a different state. I have gotten gift cards for food with points when I am low on funds. I have also gotten gift cards to give my children as presents.

Keeping in touch with co-workers we do not see anymore I Love saying Happy Birthday and Congrats on work Anniversaries Using my points for Gift Cards Acknowledging people for their hard work

WorkTango is easy to use and fun to look for different giftcards and there are many options to choose from.

Cons:

I would possibly like to get an alert or notification for when I reach a certain amount of points earned. Like get a notification when I reach 1500 points.

Great Platform for Engagement and Recognition

The overall experience so far is good. I have participated multiple company initiatives via Worktango. I have also converted points with gift cards multiple times.

Pros:

I like the features it provides for recognizing across tools, making it easier to create different initiatives and range of options it provides to convert your points to different vendors or get merchandizes.

Cons:

I feel interface of the application could be more gamified to improve user experience. I feel Worktango recognition sometimes remains isolated, it should have some integration with work mail where it shares daily one mail of activity to relevant parties and probably across the selected group for awareness. this will increase overall reach of employee achievements and intern could have positive moral effect.
