About Empuls

Xoxoday Empuls is a cloud-based collaboration solution designed to help organizations of all sizes manage processes related to workforce motivation, employee empowerment and engagement. Empuls facilitates collaboration amongst employees via feeds, groups and chats.

Empuls offers a host of features such as pulse surveys, anonymous feedback, rewards and recognition, gamification, chat/voice bot, document management, nomination workflows and more. The solution assists HR managers with automating the distribution of rewards, incentives and digital gifting. Additionally, managers can create custom workgroups based on employee interests, allowing users to manage tasks, documents and issues.

Empuls supports integration with various third-party applications such as Salesforce, SAP and Freshworks. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and online help desk.

Best Platform to recognize the work of your Colleagues

My experience with the software has been great so far. I like how open and transparent it is in both recognizing and giving rewards to employees . It's leaderboard feature is something that really motivates employees to work even harder, But the best thing about it is the variety of gift cards available to redeem points.

It's rewarding system is the best thing about it. Plus the variety of gift cards it offers to employees. Customer support is also good.

Cons:

If we don't redeem the reward points on time then the system will spam us with email to redeem the points.

They know how to scam

When you try to scam people, it's not funny.

They try to replicate the process of social media by allowing users to post contents, like and share.

Cons:

The reward points allocated to you by your company will be stolen by Empuls. The points will magically disappear. When queried, they will point to a hidden Terms and conditions, mentioning that points will expire within a certain amount of days. They won't refund. It's all gone.

It has definitely helped in creating a good atmosphere amongst colleague where they can appreciate & encourage each other in ways that means more than just words & hence one actually feels rewarded for their hard work.

One 9f the best things about Empuls is there vast reward options. They have rewards for every category so that a person will definitely find something if their desire to redeem their points for.

Cons:

One thing I couldnt find was the option to redeem your points for cash which was available on our previous platform - bonus.ly.

Time is money. And this software targets this very principal, helping you to save your valuable time in workforce alignment on the go. The well developed user friendly interface makes the execution of the task easy. Moreover, my employees are always satisfied by the rewards.

Cons:

Although I like the insight tab, there is still some scope for adding some additional views.

The option to send redeemable rewards points is probably the best thing about Empuls. There is also a large marketplace to redeem those points and it has a lot of options.
