Easy to use interface and complete all need of learning.

It was solving the issue related to training to our team members. Employees are happy while they get the certificate on completion of their courses and added new skills in their curriculum which is beneficial in the organization growth.

Pros:

I have tried many LMS System for my organization but i found Zoho Learn is very much suitable for my organization. It is very easy to use and easy to implement learning management system. I can easily add outside of organization learners in the learning, which is very much helpful for our remote employees as well customers to learn the course content.

Cons:

I have not seen browser proctoring mode for the quiz, where quiz will auto submit, if user switch the browser tab.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Learn

Not rich in functionality and having some limitations, which was solve in Zoho Learn.

Our overall experience with Zoho Learn has been very positive. It’s a reliable, well-structured platform that makes it easy to capture, organize, and share knowledge across the organization. The interface is clean and intuitive, which helps drive adoption among team members with varying technical backgrounds. Zoho Learn has proven especially valuable for onboarding, training, and maintaining standardized processes, allowing us to scale knowledge without losing consistency. Its tight integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem enhances productivity and reduces tool sprawl, while the flexibility to support both documentation and learning paths meets the needs of growing teams. Although there are areas for improvement, Zoho Learn consistently delivers value and has become a core part of how we manage and distribute knowledge.

Pros:

What we like best about Zoho Learn is how intuitive and centralized it makes knowledge management. It provides a clean, easy-to-navigate platform for creating, organizing, and sharing internal documentation, training materials, and SOPs all in one place. The combination of structured courses, manuals, and knowledge bases allows teams to support both onboarding and ongoing learning without juggling multiple tools. Additionally, its seamless integration with other Zoho applications makes it especially powerful for organizations already using the Zoho ecosystem, helping streamline workflows, improve consistency, and ensure information stays current and accessible.

Cons:

While Zoho Learn is a strong knowledge management platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. Advanced customization options for layout and branding are somewhat limited compared to more design-flexible platforms, which can make it harder to fully match an organization’s look and feel. Reporting and analytics, while useful, could be more robust—especially for tracking learner engagement, knowledge consumption trends, and detailed performance metrics across teams. Good experience overall, there's a few things that can be improved here and there but nothing major. It gets the job done.

Zoho learn is a user-friendly platform. One thing we appreciated was the customer support who were always happy to assist.

Cons:

One issue we had was where we were trying to integrate zoho learn with zapier so we could automate the invite feature.

I like the UI as well as the integration with Zoho CRM. I'm happy that I'll be able to store and organize all of my manuals/articles

Cons:

I haven't used it enough yet to find a dislike. At the moment one little dislike would be not being able to add a quote (something similar to what notion has)

Finally, an LMS that's fast and looks great! (and isn't janky as hell!)

Honestly, it's a no brainer for me - it's dirt cheap, super fast and really enjoyable to use!

Pros:

It's an incredible easy experience to setup courses within Zoho Learn. I've used other LMS's before which were unintuitive and janky - but Zoho is fast and looks great!

Cons:

The pricing model is a bit confusing, it doesn't tell you that you need the Professional plan for 1000mb upload limit (which my course needs for it's videos) Free = 100mb Upload Limit (per file) Express = 400mb Upload Limit (per file) Professional = 1000mb Upload Limit (per file)

Reasons for choosing Zoho Learn

Pricing, Setup and Ease of Use - But mainly I wanted something that gave users a slick and modern experience.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Learn

Because it (GC) was an awful learning experience, overly complicated and buggy.

fabulous product. I believe its head and shoulders above anything in its price range.

Reporting is present but not as customizable as i wanted but still very good. 4.9 out of 5 stars.

Pros:

the software is easy to use whilst still having more advanced features. I would highly recommend this as an alternative to Odoo knowledge.

Cons:

I don't really see that many cons, I would say one feature that would have been nice is to be able to import data from existing knowledge bases.

Pros:

The structure of how to organize files looks great, and the ability to drop in videos, files, and images is awesome. Still learning the in's and out's.

Cons:

Not able to see how it will look on the customers end, and how it may work with customer communication in a portal
