Not a product I would recommend

I would change to DUO in a heart beat. DUO is far superior and even the lower levels of DUO is better than this.

Pros:

It can at least do push notifications.

Cons:

You get horrible reporting if any, limited third party integration, you can't even completely integrate with Azure for two-factor. The portal is horrible. I don't even contact support unless I'm forced to because it sucks. Even your re-sellers, or at least the one I have to use, charge me to work up a quote.

Very Satisfied because simplicity and efficiency.

It has been a good experience, it is easy to implement and use. We use it for two-factor authentication for VPNs with different manufacturers, also for MFA for remote desktops and this gives us more peace of mind by having double verification in the processes.

Pros:

I like the simplicity of the product, no technical knowledge is required to be an end user. This makes it easy for customers to adopt it.

Cons:

I would like the password manager to be able to have a shared vault, in very specific cases where collaboration is required on an account that cannot manage roles and users.

I like the fact that authpoint allows me to securely access my VPN without issues. We can keep our clients secure

I like the simplicity of it the most. We only need to use it for access into one program and it can be used through my Apple Watch or iPhone which makes using it even simpler.

Cons:

Sometimes the app is difficult to use after you have a major update on your phone.

MFA Authpoint review

Overall, before last week, I thought it was very stable. Easy to work with once set up properly. The only issue I have with wG AuthPoint is the fact you have to use AuthPoint multi factor authentication app and you cannot use a third-party app to set up a token on your phone.

Who said security must be complicated?

Very satisfied, piece of mind (as I am the administrator) I would like to see a way to support a user who forgot his mobile device, using my mobile device and not need to login through my computer (in the case I am not in front of a PC)
