    Best in the Claim Management Business

    I have used Claim Leader for multiple companies and even use it in my own business. I am completely satisfied with this product. I have first time users figure it out in less than a minute. GREAT PRODUCT!

    I like that it is EASY to use. Not complicated. It makes things intuitive which is refreshing in the adjusting industry.
    Cons:
    That more companies don't use it. I hate email and this is a perfect solution. This company needs to be bigger.

    I started back with Claim Leader when it was first founded out of desperation when my current management system suddenly went down. [sensitive content hidden] and his team had me up and running the next day in CL. The system was EZ for my Appraisers to Status and Upload their Files. The Accounting and Status function worked perfectly.[sensitive content hidden] would always consider upgrade suggestions and our Business grew together. I added CL into my new Company because it's such a Trusted and vital part of our Business. I highly Recommend this software.     Occasionally logs you out. but opens right back up to the Page you were on. No other Cons that I have experienced.

    We have been using Claimleader since June 2014 and have it seen it grow steadily with many more enhancements than when we first started. Still very easy to use and very valuable part of our business.
    Cons:
    The accounting side is lacking but we have learn to work it with our QuickBooks. I am confident that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] will work on enhancing that aspect in the near future.

    I am a small appraisal company. He consist of My Wife and I. I found out about Claim Leader, and I’ve been using Claim Leader for 2 1/2 years. Before that I used the Excel spreadsheet that I really couldn’t see on my cell phone when I went out for an appointment. Sometimes I have 10 appointments today and to keep track of papers in the car of the assignments missing assignments and everything Claim Leader has made it a whole lot easier to maintain assignments from creating the assignment on desktop to managing the billing to keep up with accounting ease of use. Claim Leader has been a real good time saver for me. Now I’m good and I’m good at programming and my excel sheet has a whole lot but Claim Leader does a whole lot more than I can even think of. The support team are great anytime I find something that I think should be an improvement. I let them know we discuss it and if they feel it really would be a time saver or make sense overall they make the changes. So it’s easy to get someone on the phone from support easy to get answers to. I use IA Pro never even gotten an assignment from the marketplace that I normally would not get otherwise. So if you’re looking for ease of use, and even if you are a larger a company where you employ multiple appraisers it’s a really good thing to use you have IA form where you can manage assignments and assign them to the different appraisers and they can view it on your phone and upload the photos. Make comments hit submit and it’s right there on the dashboard much like it is for myself using my own my system with Claim Leader.
    Cons:
    The cons that I have Claim Leader is, I didn’t find it sooner. I lost a lot of opportunity by spending more time managing my assignment than I actually be doing my assignments with Claim Leader. It makes it simple.

    My overall experience with Claim Leader has been awesome. The system we were on before was not nearly as sophisticated and Claim Leader has helped give us a strategic advantage over the competition. Many of our partners are on it as well so it a win win when it comes to communication through the system.

    Claim leader has made our life and business much easier. It puts all the information we need at the touch of a button. The way it is structured to the way you can search for and find information fast makes it the leader in the industry in my opinion. Claims comes down to how fast you can find and process the information and Claim Leader does just that. I also over the reports it generates for daily assignment volume broken down by company and the accounting side is marvelous with the break down. It's honestly a fantastic product that helps make our business what it is today.
    Cons:
    There is not much I don't like. I wish I could integrate more of my reporting forms in there as that would save me time. I feel like our business is still a lot of data entry multiple times and this would help streamline that process.

    The set up was quite simple and Customer executives were extremely helpful and open to understanding what our needs were. They were receptive to any changes we needed and completed them quickly.
    Cons:
    Switching from the previous product we had used for many years was a challenge but worth it in the end.
