You mentioned that you would like to send out your contract with the appointment email. One of the great features of Palmtech Complete is you can edit and control your email notifications. Hi Lewis, Thanks for your feedback. I understand the frustration of changing to newer software as it can be a challenge. But change is not always bad once you adjust. You can save so much time and energy running your business and creating reports with Palmtech Complete. Version 7 was released when older Windows operating systems were still being used, it was a one-time purchase that you could use for as long as it kept working. Unfortunately, the infrastructure supporting version 7 was not up to modern security standards, and we had to shut it down. I am glad that version 9 is working out for you and encourage you to take another look at Palmtech Complete and all that it has to offer.
