I am glad to hear that you are still finding the software easy to use and your clients find the reports easy to read. I do apologize if you have had issues getting through to our support team. We do strive to answer each call that comes in during business hours, sometimes all the agents are on calls, but if you leave a voicemail they do call back in the order the calls come in. We have extended the support hours over the past couple of years and are continually working on improving our Help Center and support resources to give you the best experience possible.

You mentioned that you would like to send out your contract with the appointment email. One of the great features of Palmtech Complete is you can edit and control your email notifications. If you have not looked at Palmtech Complete recently I encourage you to give it a try and see all the photo editing tools and the new media library which makes adding the images so much faster.
