- We have been with Hawksoft since 2019 and it has been amazing to help us with our retention for client files and documents as well as a sales portal to keep up with prospecting and sales pipeline.
- I wish we would have had hands on training I know we are missing so many things that can be done
- The open platform of the program, which allows for integration with other programs used in our industry.
- It is not as easy as a simple download and many of the features (that are helpful) needed to be manually set up. If agency has a dedicated individual that can facilitate the importing and set up of system it would be helpful, but trying to get it up and manage agency simultaneously did not work out as we hoped.
