About IntranetPro

IntranetPro is an enterprise intranet solution that helps users see various content including events, media, news and documents.

IntranetPro provides employees with customized homepages. Employees can see relevant content feeds, quick links, bookmarks, weather and birthdays on their homepage. Users can find community and department sites, read articles, share updates and check out photos and videos.

With IntranetPro, administrators can measures engagement, collect data and check various metrics such as views, likes and shares. They can find what article is trending, which department is driving engagement and determine which content is performing well.

Admins can create new communities, assign names and create role-based access permissions. It allows publishers to preview articles to be published and schedule publication dates.

IntranetPro can be installed on-premise or on a private or public cloud.

Pros:

The search of business intranet systems can be a task crammed with failures, either due to its difficulty of access or also because of the difficult task of adapting to new intranet bases, but with IntranetPro you can end up once and for all those deficient searches that so afflict your company. I am a designer employed in a company with a lot of competition at the commercial level, we worked at the wrong time and even it was difficult for us to deliver projects in the agreed times, but when changing the Intranet and starting to use the IntranetPro system those delays disappeared, it transforms those obsolete custom models of SharePoint, in order to shorten time in the administration of content and / or processing.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the site, everything has seemed excellent to me so far, I will continue to use the service for a long time.
