About Asset Panda

Asset Panda is a cloud-based platform for facility managers that offers a suite of applications including asset tracking and maintenance management. It is compatible with Windows, Mac, iPad, iPhone and can be used from anywhere while updating data in real-time.

Asset Panda helps users assign contacts by location and track depreciation. The User can use a barcode scanner to look up asset details and automate pick lists. Role-based security ensures that employees are granted the appropriate level of access, so they always see the information relevant to what they are working on. Asset Panda offers customized exporting and reporting features. Reports can be automated via email, with the ability to add custom calculation fields (and designate if each field should be required) before sending.

Asset Panda helps users in auditing, facilities management, equipment support ticketing, compliance and purchase order management. Other features include asset photo tagging, replication configuration and Gantt charts. Support is available via chat, email and phone. Pricing is either per asset or per user.

Perfect Panda

it is absolutey perfect for my needs. I can change assets when I need to without losing space. we often have tools that go back but new one replaces the asset.

Pros:

easy to use/navigate. has everything that I need. Tool tracking and being able to put all of our current jobsites on there. Perfect for me!

Cons:

This is not really a con, but I am not a fan of when I have to change my password as often as I do. more my fault because I forget to write it down.

Pros:

No set-up fee. Our team's data always remains protected. Multiple users can use it in my office. All users find it easy to use.

Cons:

It doesn't tell if any user had double posted It's photo editor needs improvement. Extremely high volume business may not be able to use it.

Reasons for switching to Asset Panda

My friend reccomend me that asset panda is much better working plateform than excel

Asset management and inventories are easier to manage now

Asset Panda addresses the issue of adapting processes and procedures to a piece of software's capabilities. You may model your company's activities with Asset Panda's action and process creation tools.

Pros:

This asset management program is great since it is so simple to use. It's great that you may make new groups to accommodate the evolving demands of your company. To keep tabs on who has custody of these PCs, I utilize Asset Panda.

Cons:

Asset Panda's drawbacks are minor and hardly worth considering. The dashboard component might use some work as it is not all-inclusive and the interface could use some cosmetic and functional updates.

Reasons for switching to Asset Panda

You can use Asset Panda to design your own internal procedures, down to the smallest detail. Most asset management software on the market today requires users to follow predefined procedures with little room for personalization, thus this is a major departure from the norm.

Great tool to Manage your Assets

Our experience with this tool have been great, we really love this product, now coming out of the free trial but really evaluating to keep the it.

Pros:

Great solution, it really is very intuitive, easy to use, tracks and report exact locations, we can use e-signatures, let you know when to replace an equipment, and if you need help they have a great customer support and onboarding team.

Cons:

Sime minor issues with the dates (only 2005 and on) and some errors with the search in the mobile version. The main con is the price with starts at around $250 per month and paid annually.

On our evaluation chart this Panda rated higher in the cost / benefit ratio.

Very easy to set up, very easy to use; tracks assets & credit card purchases so quickly & so easy, it would be foolish to not use it!
