Timly is a cloud-based inventory management solution designed for small and large businesses. The tool digitizes inventory processes, offering transparency over assets such as IT equipment, tools, machines, production facilities and the vehicle fleet. The processes related to the inventory are automated on the desktop and the mobile app, giving users a central 360° overview of the entire inventory of the business.

Timly offers tracking with barcode scanning, GPS location and consumption monitoring features, providing a 360-degree inventory view and streamlining stock takes. IoT integration allows real-time monitoring of location, usage and fill levels. Amazing Tool for a affordable price!

Pros:
We’ve been using Timly to manage our tools, machines, and IT assets, and it’s made a real difference in our daily operations. The software is clean, intuitive, and helps us keep full control over who is using what and when maintenance or inspections are due. The QR code system works great on-site, and the automated reminders save us a lot of time and headaches.
Cons:
Reports and exports offer plenty of options but could use a bit more customization. A quick in-app changelog for new updates would be helpful.

Timly integriert sich bestens in unsere tägliche Arbeit. Ob bei Ausgabe von Hardware an Mitarbeiter mit direkter Bestätigung per Unterschrift oder bei Zuweisung und Versand per Hauspost und anschließender Anforderung der digitalen Bestätigung per E-Mail, ist der Verbleib der Hardware lückenlos dokumentierbar. Eine Dokumentation wie zu Zeiten vor Timly ist mittlerweile undenkbar.

Timly bietet eine extrem intuitive Oberfläche und damit eine sehr einfache Art der Inventur und des Lifecyclemanagements. Der Support ist großartig und die stete Weiterentwicklung des Produkts ist ein großes Benefit für alle Kunden.
Cons:
Wirkliche Kritikpunkte gibt es nicht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Timly als Inventarverwaltung. Zu Beginn gab es damals einige Einschränkungen bei der Performance.

From an IT perspective, it's a very good and easy tool to use and configure. There is a lot of logging and debugging info available, provisioning and deprovisioning users is tracked nicely. SSO setup is a breeze, again, with a lot of logging provided, so you always know what's happening. The available guides and the platforms available for integrations are up-to date and easy to use too. Overall a very good tool, would recommend.
Cons:
None from my interactions with the tool, or the team behind timely. All positive

Having seen a lot of demos and used many free trails in this space, I would say this software is pretty much perfect for inventory tracking and maintenance management of all our equipment and machines. Highly recommended!

Timly gives me super high visibility into our inventory - every aspect we track is always clearly accessible (location, status, maintenance schedule, etc). We have now trained the entire team up on it - and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. Simply put, we now run our day to day inventory workflow through Timly. And the support is top notch!
Cons:
In the beginning, certain parts of the software took a while to load, but those speed issues have largely been fixed. I'm also hoping for new integrations down the line.

I honestly can't think of any... even when there are small bugs, they solve them within a reasonable time frame.
