RealPage IMS vs Juniper Square: Which is best for you?

The Investment Summary Statements were one of the main reasons we were excited to use IMS, and the customization of the statements again fell short of our expectations, so we needed to implement a third-party vendor who could grant us our Summary requests.

There were just a lot of missing features like the ability to collect ACH payments within the portal and the ability to seamless verify our investors' accreditation statuses.

The ability to store and apply information applicable investor onboarding, reporting, distributions, etc means significant cost/time savings, and a much higher fidelity experience for investors.

Initial onboarding for some aspects of the investor subscription process were a little less "customize-able" than I would have liked, which required some back and forth with our lawyers.
