HaloITSM vs PagerDuty: Which is best for you?

For a platform with so much capability, better learning materials would really help new admins and speed up adoption across teams.

My biggest frustration with HaloITSM is the support documentation and training videos. While the platform itself is incredibly powerful and customisable, the official resources don’t always keep up.

I love that it has unique push notifications that I can set on my phone to get through my do not disturb at night.

It took me an hour to figure out how to remove someone from an escalation policy because I couldn’t delete him from the team because he was on an escalation policy!
