Popl Makes Connecting Easy

Popl has been easier to use than the other apps I've tried. I tend to use it more because of this.

Popl is not a good product

I bought it last year and got discouraged. It wasn't connecting my information and then they sent 2 different cards one was supposed to scan and input info. When I followed instructions it still did not work. Called today and she started acting like she couldn't hear me then hung up the phone. I called back no answer. So these are lies that they are saying good customer service because it's not. As I am leaving the review it has been 10 minutes and still no return phone call. But I guess when you spend 7.99 what can you expect? The phone number is based out of El Sobrante, CA which is only a 20-minute drive for me so it shouldn't be a situation in communication. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has a good business. And is just trying to use digital cards to deviate from paper. if you could leave no stars I would. Its garbage

Game changer!

Love not having to carry around or losing business cards. We were able to use the digital card to promote our various companies and services with links to all of our websites.

Pros:

Able to easily create, manage, and monitor multiple users using the Teams dashboard. You're able to compare how everyone is doing on usage, when connections were made, and the total leads generated.

Cons:

The dashboard can glitch every once in a while. It is not frequent, but after many edits and saving over and over, the page may require a refresh to work properly again. It's not a big deal, but can be an improved experience.

Excellent Smart Business Card

Customer service and onboarding has been great and very easy. It's very easy to use the card, share information, and customize the look. You can add as much information or as little as you like including videos and pictures.

I like how it integrates with Salesforce. It can scan paper business cards and import the information into a template form. Also, like the Teams subscription. It works best for our sales field team with all the features it offers. Card utilization and customization is very easy. I love the overall look and layout of the card. It is very user friendly and easy to share information.

No Cons at this time. I love everything about it.

Pros:

I was in need of an easy method of deploying my information for a fundraising campaign. I did not want to visit organizations with a stack of business cards and donation forms. Customizing my Popl enabled me to share my information as well as a link to a JotForm that was utilized for secure fundraising. I also had two team members helping me with the campaign, so I was able to secure customized cards for each of them. This helps develop the “brand”.

Cons:

Sometimes the RF chip is slow to be recognized by the cell phone you’re sharing with.

Ability to manage all of the team from the dashboard with immediate edits and changes of branding. Pricing made it attractive compared to other similar products. The sales team and the onboarding Zoom were helpful and engaging.

Cons:

Not as intuitive as I would like - some of the functions don't flow well - for example setting up the subteams made changes to the members that I didn't intend to change.

Popl is Poppin'

No more paper cards, no more having to order new sets of cards because personal details have changed. It is all quick and easy and I can share so much about myself in one click, I love that I can change the info from personal to business.

Poppin' Off with Popl

This software is amazingly easy for an administrator to set contact cards up for their team and to give the company its collective marketing voice in the easiest of ways. Yes, there are some idiosyncrasies of the platform that need to be ironed out, but overall it was so incredibly fun and easy to set this up.

It was fun to use and very easy to configure. It also allows the end users to have their own control over the personalization of their own card yet they don't have to. The ability to set this up for them and yet give them control is the most lovely.

Cons:

I don't like that there are some glitches in adding additional social squares and having them not show up as expected without a browser window refresh. This product is mature, but there are just a few glitches that need to be ironed out.
