Fantastic, saves us money and increased our collections

We moved over from a big name practice management system and we are so glad that we did. The PMS is really great for commercial law firms and provides everything you need without having to subscribe to expensive upgrades and optional packages.

Pros:

The flexibility of Bilabl is superb. When we used other systems previously we needed to adapt our processes to fit the platform. With Bilabl we can configure it to work the way we want to work. The customer support is also the best I have ever experienced.

Cons:

The usage guides could be better, but the Bilabl team is constantly releasing new guides growing the library of help information. Customer support is also always available in case an issue arises that is not covered in the help documentation.

Reasons for switching to bilabl

It was getting too expensive and most of the new features were becoming only available in the premium subscriptions.

Best in Class for Small Firms

I have been using Bilabl for a few months now and I am very happy with it. It is easy to use and has all of the features that I need to manage my law practice. I have been able to save a lot of time and improve my efficiency. I would highly recommend Bilabl to any lawyer who is looking for a legal practice management software. I have integrated Bilabl with Xero - accounting software. This has made it even easier to manage my law practice. Overall, I am very happy with Bilabl and would highly recommend it to any lawyer who is looking for a legal practice management software.

This is a very intuitive and easy to use software that allowed us to digitally transform, automate and scale our practice. We used to spend huge amounts of time and money but bilabl automates everything. What was particularly helpful was the integration with sharepoint.
