Lextree allows businesses to assign multiple contracts to one counterparty and perform related vendor-management activities. Users can track contract expiration dates and set up automated alerts to notify counterparties involved about renewal dates. The solution enables users to prioritize contracts based on their business value. The group review feature allows multiple users to actively participate in contract drafting, add feedback and comment.

Lextree allows businesses to store contracts, related documents and metadata in a central archive. Other features include customizable reporting and analytics, automated replies and compliance management.

Awesome product - love that the software is user-friendly

Lextree has been vital in keeping us organized with our contracts and other important legal documents. With everything in one place, there is no longer a need to search emails and other records because everything is exactly where it should be. Customer service is great too! Anytime I have had a question, they were extremely responsive and helpful.

Lextree Entity fills our need as a corporate system of record for governance of multiple entities across several states. The robust tracking and requirements system allows us to customize exactly what we want to track. The interface is simple and intuitive for anyone familiar with web-based programs.
Cons:
Our implementation case requires that we input everything manually, which is an ongoing process. The benefit of strong customization is also a negative for setup as the process is taking longer for us to fully customize to our needs; therefore, we are not achieving the full benefits of the system.

Great company of people to work with. Software: flexible -- easy to get started. It is nice to have unlimited users, but to easily be able to limit which contracts that they can access.

The software is a cloud offering and was ready for me to use in less than 24 hours. It is so user friendly that I did not really need to set up call. I have used support several times to ask about a few things, but it was easy and fast

You can have unlimited entities. You can easily keep up with all information needed and see all on a report or dashboard. LOVE the additional of the board meeting room and the ability to keep minutes. That was a bonus for us.
