About Easy Legal Billing

Easy Legal Billing is a cloud-based solution that allows lawyers and law firms to manage their billable hours, invoicing and billing, legal documents and client communication. The software is compatible with legal electronic data exchange standard (LEDES) billing and can be used by any size law firm—from a solo practitioner to a large international firm.

Easy Legal Billing allows lawyers to track time spent on cases and then generate invoices for clients based on those hours. In addition to its billing capabilities, the software includes an integrated email client so users can send invoices directly from within the application. Pricing is based on monthly or annual subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, email, knowledge base and more.

Pros:

I like the ease of use - there are no frills and it gets the job done (exactly how the name describes it does!)

Thank you for the review! We are currently working to improve our customer service and have recently added a live chat feature to the website and app in order to provide unlimited support. We've also launched a new web app that implements a lot of the issues our users have mentioned.

Simple LEDES Software

As a small practice, we were looking for a simple solution that could generate LEDES files. This software is straightforward and does was is advertised. It doesn't integrate with other software, but the different users and reporting met the needs of our practice. Gave a 4/5 on customer service as I had to leave a message, but my questions were answered promptly.
