I'm happy with it. As a solo attorney having a CRM like MyCase keeps me organized, it keeps me on task, allows me to make notes and status update, text clients through the platform, and get e-signatures.

As we are based in Australia, if we need direction on something that we can not find the answer to via the online help facility, due to the time differences we have to rely on emails.

Rocket Matter provides the tools necessary to our law firm to effectively manage our day-to-day.

It is a little annoying that when I hit the $ button and it brings up the screen, it doesn't automatically default to the Description field and I have to take my fingers off the keys to enter that and the go back to the keys.
