Smokeball vs Thread Legal: Which is best for you?

The document automation and integrated legal forms save hours of work, while its user-friendly matter management system keeps everything organized in one place.

Sometimes it unchecks boxes in forms, and occasionally the billing page does not want to load on the internet.

Thread lacks customization options, which may be a drawback for some for some of our needs. But overall, it has improved our work.

What I have liked the least is the lack of integration of Thread with other billing Software such as TSheets from Quickbooks, which we use to record time entries for our legal staff as well as run bills/invoices.
