Cons:

Having trouble connecting to API - want to make my chatbot available on WhatsAPP, but it proves to be a challenge for me.

Pricing was a bit pricey there. Seeing that my chatbot is for educational purposes and I an a research student, it was not viable for my budget.

The analytics and reporting in the bot backend is extremely useful. I can also track performance of the chatbots in real-time, understand customer usage patters, and make adjustments to the bot if necessary and even to our data sources.

Cons:

The pricing structure of Botsonic is a bit of a nuisance for upstarts with limited budgets.
