Pros:

I liked the configurability of the product a lot, it offers great support for our branding and it was easy to deploy the bot to our website with the information from our knowledge base.

Cons:

Free tier has a lot of limitations, adding our knowledge base was a bit hard as it required a sitemap in our case to prevent poor-content from slipping through.

Reasons for switching to Botsonic

I had more then 100 sources to provide the bot context with and on tawk this was not possible.

botsonic is pretty cool

In about 3 hours, I taught it almost everything it needed to know: our support documents, pricing, and marketing language. Then, it was just a matter of immediately using and playing with this pretty cool tool.

Pros:

I like Botsonic because it's easy to set up and teach. then I can use it to save time every day. I'm training it to do part of my job so I can sort of outsource myself to the AI and save time.

Cons:

The output is correct ninety percent of the time, but some of the responses are completely unexpected. I found there's a setting for how liberal the replies will be, and I had it set to being the most "creative" with replies. So maybe that was the issue. Overall, there is not too much concern over it.
