worldwide oriented Link with LMS Structure of the platform very weel advise and accompagned in the deployment project AI tool self learning for author/manager/admin easy to use after beeing train engagement academy engagement community with other users webinars communication kit quick answer/solutions

Cons:

there is no catalogue of e learning module available that we could use/buy it could be useful to reach the support by chatting online whenever we need It could be nice to have pre established e learning path per role, in several languages

I've been using this platform for a while now and I can confidently say it's very complete and stable. It offers all the features we need, and everything runs smoothly. The customer service is outstanding. Special thanks to [sensitive content hidden], who are always available and attentive to our needs. Their support has made a real difference in our experience. Additionally, the IT support team responds very quickly whenever we submit a ticket for technical questions. It's reassuring to know that help is just a message away. Highly recommended!

The benefit I appreciate the most is how complete and versatile the platform is. It offers a wide range of features that cover all our needs efficiently, making daily tasks much easier to manage.

Cons:

I honestly haven’t encountered any downsides so far. Everything works smoothly and reliably, and the support is excellent.

360 Learning was great for basic on-boarding learning for new hires, however the customizable features were not as complex as I believed they would be

Streamlined learning with robust collaboration

Our overall experience has been excellent. We receive great support from the 360Learning team, and our Client Success Partner is incredibly proactive and responsive. I have no complaints regarding the level of service we receive; they are always quick to provide solutions and support our goals.

Pros:

What I like most is the ease of creating content and uploading existing files, as well as the platform's ability to automatically suggest relevant content and quizzes. The collaboration features are also amazing. Our members love how interactive the tool feels. It also has comprehensive training platform for new users.

Cons:

There isn't much to dislike so far. We have just started using the new skills management feature to build a comprehensive skills matrix for different roles. While we are still in the early stages of implementation, we see a lot of potential in how it will help us map competencies across the organization.

We are overall very satisfied with our collaboration with 360Learning. Since the beginning of our partnership, we’ve always been able to rely on a responsive, attentive, and supportive team. Their professional yet warm approach allows us to move forward with confidence in the implementation of our training projects. The platform is intuitive, and the support team is highly available to address our needs and quickly resolve any issues that may arise. A strong relationship of trust has naturally developed, which is a real asset in the context of digital transformation in learning.

We also want to highlight the availability and dedication of our Customer Success Manager, who plays a key role in the successful execution of our projects. Their personalized support and deep understanding of our challenges are major assets in the success of our partnership. Additionally, the regularly held Stadiums to present new features are a real added value. These sessions keep us informed about product updates while fostering direct interaction with the product teams. It's a dynamic and transparent format that we truly appreciate.

Cons:

One area for improvement we’d like to highlight is the consideration given to feature requests. Some suggestions that we see as important — such as better integration with the Live (Teams) option, or the ability to create intermediate roles for more granular access management — don’t seem to be prioritized or are progressing slowly. We hope that these user needs will be more strongly reflected in future platform developments.

A truly positive experience with exceptional Client Success Managers

A very positive experience. The project was launched more than 3 years ago, and I’ve had several client success managers, all of whom have been incredibly helpful. They’re not the cheapest, yes, but in my opinion, the premium support is well worth the investment! They guided me in discovering the platform, mastering it more and more, keeping me motivated, and finding solutions to the challenges encountered throughout this project. We are also well supported in content creation through training sessions.

Cons:

Overall, nothing. Everything went very smoothly with each person I interacted with. If I had to mention one thing, it might be that the platform is a bit complex; it can sometimes be difficult to find something because there are so many features ( [sensitive content hidden] is also a good point so...).

360Learning is one of the tools we use for newcomers onboarding and new trainings for all the employees.

Trainings on 360Learning are very interactive and easy to learn, with little quizzes at the end of each session, which helps memorize all important information.

Cons:

The quizzes are normally too simple and cannot replace a practical exercise for a newcomer. Therefore, 360Learning can be considered as an additional tool, for theoretical knowledge mainly.
