A powerful platform for collaborative learning and scalable course management

In a word: fascinating. As a digital learning designer, my role was to translate Linguaphone’s learning vision and methodology into the platform’s structure. This required adapting our pedagogical framework to the platform’s parameters while ensuring a strong learner experience. The implementation process naturally came with onboarding challenges, but we consistently found solutions thanks to the flexibility of the platform and the responsiveness of the support team. One of the most interesting aspects has been designing the learner experience and UX within the platform. Structuring learning paths, organizing courses, and creating clear navigation for learners allowed us to deliver a scalable learning ecosystem rather than just individual courses. Finally, 360Learning aligns well with Linguaphone’s pedagogical culture: using technology, AI, and EdTech selectively to enhance learning while maintaining the essential human connection with learners and clients.

I really appreciated the onboarding process, the Academy resources, and the excellent customer support. Our Client Success Partner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during implementation. From a learning design perspective, the platform is particularly strong in collaborative learning and knowledge sharing. The course creation tools are intuitive, making it easy for both instructional designers and subject-matter experts to contribute content. The course and path management features are also very effective for structuring scalable learning programs across different audiences and languages. The development roadmap is another major advantage for organizations like ours that are not technology development companies. It is reassuring to see continuous improvements and regular feature updates that respond to real user needs.

Cons:

In earlier versions, the homepage offered limited customization options for tailoring the user experience. However, this has improved significantly with the introduction of new layout options, features, and custom fields that allow better personalization of the learning environment.

I've been using this platform for a while now and I can confidently say it's very complete and stable. It offers all the features we need, and everything runs smoothly. Streamlined learning with robust collaboration

Our overall experience has been excellent. We receive great support from the 360Learning team, and our Client Success Partner is incredibly proactive and responsive. I have no complaints regarding the level of service we receive; they are always quick to provide solutions and support our goals.

Pros:

What I like most is the ease of creating content and uploading existing files, as well as the platform's ability to automatically suggest relevant content and quizzes. The collaboration features are also amazing. Our members love how interactive the tool feels. It also has comprehensive training platform for new users.

Cons:

There isn't much to dislike so far. We have just started using the new skills management feature to build a comprehensive skills matrix for different roles. While we are still in the early stages of implementation, we see a lot of potential in how it will help us map competencies across the organization.

360Learning has strong e‑learning capabilities and makes it easy to create and manage courses. The built‑in AI course generation is a real plus, helping speed up content creation. We also value the ability to combine e‑learning with live webinars and in‑person sessions, which gives us flexibility in how we deliver training.

Cons:

Customization at the group level could be more flexible. Learner statistics and tracking could be improved. While the e‑learning modules work very well, we’d appreciate more options when it comes to content layout and structure.

A truly positive experience with exceptional Client Success Managers

A very positive experience. The project was launched more than 3 years ago, and I’ve had several client success managers, all of whom have been incredibly helpful. They’re not the cheapest, yes, but in my opinion, the premium support is well worth the investment! They guided me in discovering the platform, mastering it more and more, keeping me motivated, and finding solutions to the challenges encountered throughout this project. We are also well supported in content creation through training sessions.

360Learning is one of the tools we use for newcomers onboarding and new trainings for all the employees.

Trainings on 360Learning are very interactive and easy to learn, with little quizzes at the end of each session, which helps memorize all important information.

Cons:

The quizzes are normally too simple and cannot replace a practical exercise for a newcomer. Therefore, 360Learning can be considered as an additional tool, for theoretical knowledge mainly.
