Easy-to-use software, opening the possibility for a large non-expert public to generate its own AR/VR content, which is new (at least for the pharmaceutical industry) and which will allow a shift in practices towards truly more effective training uses. The proximity of 3spin to its customers, the support and the possibility of developing the required functionalities throughout the deployment of the use in our company is a real element of differentiation.

Pros:

The no code, the web app/desktop/headset split which allows a use without constraints (no need for a dedicated powerful PC), the portability of the contents from one hardware to another. The personalised and truly involved customer support is very appreciable: reactivity for technical problems, help with training and consideration of software evolution requests.

Cons:

Lacks a standard library of industry objects and animations. Lack of Youtube video tutorials explaining how to implement the various mechanisms. Support materials to acculturate the use of AR/VR: what can be done, good practices and what not to do (in content development and in use)

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Wir erstellen virtuelle Lehrräume und Labore für Hochschullehrende. Am Anfang unserer Suche nach geeigneter Software und einem guten Support sind wir schnell auf 3spinDream aufmerksam geworden, weil bereits zahlreiche Hochschulen in Deutschland damit arbeiten. Das genügte uns als Referenz für ein erstes Kennenlernen. Der Kundenservice- und support ist großartig und auf Wünsche wird umgehend eingegangen. Man merkt, dass das Produkt genau auf die Ziele der Kundinnen angepasst wird. Der Umgang mit der Software ist leicht erlernbar und die Übertragung in VR erstaunlich einfach.

Die Software ist kinderleicht zu bedienen und der Output enorm groß. Mit wenigen Klicks gelangt man zu beeindruckenden virtuellen Umgebungen und kann diese mit ein wenig Vorstellungskraft und Geschick an zahlreiche EInsatzszenarien anpassen.

Cons:

Eine vielfältigere Auswahl an bereits vorhandenen Assets für verschiedene Branchen oder EInsatzbereiche wäre toll gewesen. Wir haben den Wunsch nach speziellen geäußert und es wurde direkt im nächsten Update umgesetzt. TOP Kundenservice!
