Pros:
Since the merger of INE and Elearnsecurity, the number of courses and certifications available has hit a good balance of the cost and quality. There is a commitment to continuously upgrade the certifications.
Cons:
Labs in the older training programs seem to be inconsistent in their availability especially during late weekends (Sat to Sunday)

Every topic is explained very well, by the qualified people. I used INE mainly for networking courses but in the years INE platform was growing from networking (CCIE preparation) to Cyber Security, Cloud, Data Science. Any people who work in IT will find a course suitable for them.
Cons:
I wish INE to provide more labs, and the process of starting the lab to be more faster.I wish the topology and primary config used for the courses to be in CML, EVE-NG and GNS3 format.

I made the switch to INE because is offers me a deep dive in a process / protocol and I discover a great team of people who cover in very professional manner every topic for CCIE certification.

INE is a bunch of crooks; their subscriptions are not clearly explained. For instance, the Fundamentals Monthly Subscription gives access to few basic courses. If it appears that the Fundamentals Monthly Subscription was made by error and is worthless for a client, INA does not refund the subscription.

Course instructors are well picked and easy to understand.The verify of training content can give a good value for the dollar.
Cons:
The virtualization labs are sticky sometimes and they would time out n about an hour, which isn't an issue for most of the labs. Alterative were given for the virtualization labs to allow for longer term engagement with a more robust lab environment.
