It is an amazing tool for organizing learning. People like very much, easy to use at all stages of the training management cycle.

Cons:

At the bigining it took me sometime to understand learning path feature. Then, I discover a whole set of useful features which enable my customer to comply with aviation safety regulations.

Our overall experience with iSpring LMS has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and very easy to manage, which has made delivering and tracking training far more efficient. Course deployment is quick, reporting is clear, and learners find the system straightforward to use. The platform has helped streamline our training processes, reduce administrative time, and improve consistency across our learning programmes. Combined with strong support and dependable performance, iSpring LMS has been a very positive addition to our training setup.

Cons:

Limited customisation. The platform works well but offers fewer options for branding and tailoring the learner experience compared to larger enterprise LMS platforms.

Easy to use program at the right cost!

Customer service is excellent and responsive. The help videos and tutorials walk you through new tools and tips. Overall, I highly recommend this software!

Pros:

This software is reasonably priced and fits our program budget. It has an incredibly clean display that is easy for users to navigate. Many of our participants are new to online learning, so it was essential to be user friendly. We have used this software for 2 years, and have had positive experience with our participants. Additionally, it was easy as an administrator to learn and create an interactive course. We have been very happy with our investment and look forward to developing more courses on iSpring.

Cons:

The reports that are produced are excellent and typically share the information we want. But since the reports are auto-generated, sometimes it lacks some flexibility in what I am looking for. I have found a way around it, but I do sometimes wish there was a bit more ability to adapt the reports.

Great value and easy to navigate

Easy to use, easy to manage multiple admin roles with very little effort. Great reporting automation and customizable reports that can be sent to our floor supervisors. Very easy integrations when needed.

The price is right with enough customization options without additional costs or expensive consulting fees to customize.

Cons:

Customer tech support and sales support seems slow at times. Typically a 24 hour turnaround or longer. We don’t have a designated success manager.

You are one of our key and oldest customers, and I can’t express enough how much we value your trust. Regarding turnaround times for cases, some issues require attention from our developers, as we don’t rely on copy-paste answers and prefer to resolve issues with fewer interactions but greater accuracy. Initial response times are typically two hours, and if you believe something was missed, we offer a one-on-one with the support lead, upon request.

Spring into Learning

Overall, I've selected iSpring as my LMS at two companies. iSpring has great support and a ton of great features that many other larger LMS providers don't have.

I love how many features iSpring has. They are always willing to listen to what you want and/or what features would help your business. Its been great partnering with them and watching how many features they have launched!

Cons:

I wish that it was easier to add photos to the Knowledge base and that they had a larger selection of free courses included in their LMS platform.

The simplicity of building courses in PowerPoint with the iSpring tools and publishing the course. Support is very responsive, and errors are addressed and attended to.

Cons:

iSpring Suite Max licenses are a bit expensive, and customization of the overall look and feel of the solution is a bit limited.

An incredibly powerful and intuitive tool. Customer support is reliable and it's fairly easy to get support.

Cons:

There is much that I don't like about iSpring. I wish that we could have instant, live customer service agents - not a chat but live people on phones.

I have been using this for several years. Last year I added video narration to all 59 modules. It.was easy to do, and materially enhanced the quality of my training program.

Live support to help get exactly what I need in shortest possible time, and the smooth integration of the tool with existing PowerPoint slides so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Cons:

As a new user, could not find the information I need right away. Fastest way was to check with support so I can be up to speed with utilizing the tool.
