Easy workflow, intuitive navigation for users and community members, no bugs or problems with the system so far.

Pros:

Simplicity, punctuality, app works great, easy management system, user engagement easy, best community software I've used so far.

Cons:

Needs more commercial view in FEED tab, for blog content to be presented better, in ways that looks like WP website articles. I think that would bring more engagement.

Most... maybe the option to upload my courses from this platform, and deliver for my community member automatic and efortless.

Cons:

I mised the more languages... to personalized my community for my region... Hungarian, romanian people.

Other platforms is not working wel for my education business. I have Video courses, webinars, Livestreams, but these platforms is not ok for deliver my video course with a subscription business model. In this moment i use the Nas.io combinate with Youtube. Nas io is my private and closed community education platform, and on the youtube share my free video content to attract in the community.

It's easy to setup and members can join easily and all smooth experience. UI is wonderful

Cons:

We can't get who analytics. Say for example if user A purchased our course. We can't know how much he completed the course or how much time he spent on it. Also from which IP address he is accessing our course as sometimes same login multiple people can use

One of most user friendly community products out there

Overall a fantastic platform that just keeps on getting better. The freemium business model means that it’s a no brainier to try out. Highly recommend!

So easy to set up. In less than 10 minutes I had a community set up with a dedicated landing page, events, resources and even a WhatsApp group all connected! It also has a great member signup experience where users enter directly into the WhatsApp or Discord Group.I also loved the feature Ruby AI, which uses AI to summarise WhatsApp conversations. It’s so powerful and valuable way to share content with members. Finally I love that Nas.io is free to use and only charges when you start making money. It really aligns incentives, and the account management team is so supportive to help you onboard and get started. They have worked with some of the biggest communities in the world and really have a lot of expertise to share.

Cons:

I think it could add some more spaces for social proof, like customer reviews. But overall I love the simplicity of the product- it really does stand out in a market where lots of tools take time to set up on a time sensitive free trial.

It's an easy set up, and the customer service team especially my contact [sensitive content hidden], is over delivering the support is amazing. Was happy to be part of the Beta program and to see the app grow. Looking forward to grow my community further and to see more of the new development.

Cons:

It's a bit hard to make people engage on the App and the Whatsapp Function is kind of also educating people not to go to the platform itself.

The best part of nas.io is magic reach where I can send emails and WhatsApp messages to all my community members. I love the content section where I can upload courses resources and much more to my community members. I love the interface. It is super cool and I love to see every time the whole nas io platform is amazing and I love every think I strongly suggest it to all influencers or community managers owners to manage their community here. It is super easy to Monitise

Cons:

It only has web version we can’t edit details in Nas io app is only for community members not for managers, but I know they will definitely solve it soon because they are launching extremely valuable things first and I think it is not the big task for them I believe on them.

Nas.io Experience

Out of all the Community hosting and managing platforms available, My number 1 choice and the only 1 i recommend to my clients is Nas.io. It s the easiest to use, rapidly growing, and evolving platform , full of content to help community managers or even unexperienced community hosts to start and scale their communities and nurture their audience in a seemless way . They are an amazing supportive team that is always ready to assist and hear our needs and take actions towards implementing it. It gave me a sense of ownership over the tool.

Nas has a very clean and easy to use interface. It was built Community Building Capabilities in mind.

Cons:

The platform still doesn't allow for language selection so users might be confused as they enroll. Also, more payment methods should be included, as well as currency options. For exemple, PIX is a huge payment method and it can only be done in Brazilian reais. (R$)
