Pros:

Woosmap helps us reduce customer address input errors which would require lengthy manual fixes or costly shipping errors. Woosmap saves us time, energy and money while increasing confidence in the data we collect off our customers. A great product.

Cons:

Not sure. Some customers reported inability to include unit numbers. Can’t say if accurate or not though.

Pros:

The performance is rather good all the time. The pricing model is also very good, also considering that you can start with a free plan. Nice control of the projects from the dashboard, where you can manage the single features.

Cons:

Unreliable service for what concerns data format. Sometimes responses change without any warning. It happened 2 times in 2 months. Updates are not as frequent as Google's. I would also add the capability to delete projects from the console. Now you can only star them to have some filtering.

The business thought the consumption model was good, considered that most of our consumption is on the autocomplete.

Cons:

Integration was a bit unsettling for our agency. After several calls, they succeed to implement the solution on our website... in a longer time vs estimated. But, in the end, we are really happy.

Pricing. Woosmap pricing plan was way more interesting versus Google Maps one. And the WOOSMAP team was outstanding with their follow-ups.

As a customer, I would like to locate the nearest store. So if the response is quick then my preferred store will easily located.

We are able to locate the store in our website easily. As of now we have not identified any issues with woosmap and woosmap integration is also well operational.

Cons:

Nothing as of now. However, we have identified some partial outage recently Jun 30. Due to this outge we have not experienced any outage to the application

Service delivery and team are quick and responsive. Had a problem with the maps api and received feedback within a few minutes!

Cons:

There were occasional inconsistencies in location accuracy, particularly in rural or less densely populated areas, where pinpointing exact user positions sometimes proved unreliable or imprecise, potentially affecting the performance of location-based features.

WoosMap with Adobe AEM

Myself and the client is very happy with the WoosMap product to display dealers on the website.

Pros:

The way that we can manage various Projects (Countries), help us greatly to add in country users for dealership management. It seamlessly translate the WoosMap features to the chosen language and it works fast, and is reliable. What we would like to see in the future is to be able to connect WoosMap to an external CRM (dealer network system), and from that also provide better search for motorcycles that are linked to a dealer.

Cons:

This will be more from an Administration point of view. I would like to see the ability to download all the assets in an excel file, and not just in a JSON version. Otherwise, I can not fault WoosMap.

Implementing Woosmap for Kia UK has reduced the amount Kia spend on Google Map API calls, allowing Kia to streamline all maps across web platform. The customer support for implementation is first class and the team always respond in a very timely manner.

Cons:

the ability to show live travel time / traffic would be a welcome addition to Woosmap.
