High up front work but can be worth it

A lot of up front work to set up but once established can be a handy checklist and project management template to ensure best practice

Pros:

I use Accolade daily to manage projects and find it allows for cross functional teamwork and consideration of a broad set of workstreams for complex projects.

Cons:

There is a lot of set up work involved, even as someone only involved at the fringes of setting up the Stage and Gate from a technical perspective, it is almost impossible to implement without a consultant or previous expert.
