- As long as you have an IT professional that can customize reports, the sky is the limit with this program.
- Has a steep learning curve and most basic computer literacy skills rarely translate into this system (e.g. wildcard search is a "%" symbol instead of an asterisk "*", or when running a report you must click a "display" button instead of "run", etc.).
- The most i liked about Realtrac is that i can automatically schedule all task, inventory and reminders, letting us know the availability of merchandise we have sold, how many left and where, making everything really easy to work with.
- I haven't found anything that i don't like yet, i am not very savvy at computers or software though.
