Infor VISUAL vs NetSuite: Which is best for you?

There is not much I do not like about VISUAL, I guess my only piece of advice would be if you are looking to implement this for the first time and are making a change from an existing ERP system, take is slow.

In addition, it lacks useful analytics and is difficult to gain insights into your process.

We are using their system for Customer Relationship Management and Accounting. As I mentioned above, it has improved our data accuracy, we have more reliable data, and improved our reporting to the donors and our Council (board)

Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house.
