Cloud Campaign vs Hootsuite: Which is best for you?

The CC team was tremendous during implementation and assisted with migrating our existing channels over and training the team to feel comfortable in the tool. When we started to integrate the tool into our proprietary software, they brought in their [sensitive content hidden]and Software Engineers to walk us through the process and get up and running.

There are specific clients we can not put on this platform because we can not yet customize the thumbnail/cover photo.

It streamlined our content posting and basic campaign tracking, saving us from having to manually check on them all the time and helping coordinate tech support responses via the inbox.

One thing I don’t love about Hootsuite is that it can feel a bit clunky sometimes, especially when switching between accounts or navigating certain features.
