About Hopper HQ

HopperHQ is a social media marketing solution that enables businesses to plan and post content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, track follower growth and collaborate with team members. Professionals can utilize the drag-and-drop interface to create, queue or schedule posts and add filters, stickers or other effects to images, enhancing posts' overall quality.

HopperHQ allows marketers to upload artwork from Dropbox, schedule or post videos in social media platforms and tag other accounts in captions to improve promotion rates. It lets administrators configure access permissions for each account, save posts as drafts and preview content on mobile devices before uploading. Hopper HQ is Great

Very happy I picked up Hopper HQ. Did not think I needed another SMM tool, but Hopper HQ has been a pleasant surprise.

Pros:

The UI is great. Calendar view is awesome. Hopper's AI can help you create captions and hashtags, plus the analytics shows who is looking at what. There's also a Best Time to Post view. I love that Hopper has a mobile app, that actually works.

Cons:

Workspaces would be cool, but the Team and Search features work very well.

Pros:

It allows you to post to Instagram without logging in. It allows you to pre-post instagram photos but not videos or stories.

Cons:

Customer service is awful - they overcharge and they do NOT let you cancel. I never use hopper and they tried to charge me for an annual subscription the very day that I didn't cancel, and they wouldn't refund me - The customer service is NOT good- I would not recommend using this service, use one of their competitors that have better service.

Very intuitive and easy to create scheduled Instagram posts and the ability to see how your posts look. For instance, you want a color coordinated look, you can easily do that - sit back and rearrange your scheduled posts. Personally, this is the best platform available! Hats off to the developers.

Cons:

It would be great to have a software platform suggest posts based on your criteria from the images published For now, Hopper HQ is the best!

I find Hopper to have a functionality and ease of use that I've not had before. When we have had issues with the software, customer service has always been top notch!

Cons:

I can't wait for other nuances to be added to this software that will emulate IG further by adding the ability to tag people within the photos posted or to be able to load photos as a slideshow. These are minor, just little things that we still do natively, but I know will make a difference when added.

THE solution for Instagram-focused marketing.

Fantastic timely support. We are picky and particular when selecting 'apps' and 'tools' to include as part of our preferred stack; I'm sure we annoyed the Hopper folks a bit with all of our questions, but they didnt flinch. We kept getting timely polite responses, and solutions.

The focus on Instagram and the 'Teams' feature; priceless for our agency. The platform devotes itself to 'Instagram first' and makes visualizing what your posts would look like both standalone as well as in your 'grid' accurate. The ability to place hashtags in the 'first comments' on the scheduling end is an easily overlooked but nice feature as well! Finally, as Hopper continues to add features it continues to stay 'Instagram First' in its focus.

Cons:

Only the wait time for 'Teams'; we came on when we saw this was a 'future release' and could barely wait. It's now up and running and has been a fantastic beta-test w/our premium client group.

Running multiple influencer campaigns through my agency Home - Vizified is tricky but now HopperHq has come to our rescue. The tool has successfully helped grow and scale your influencer accounts through easy and effective planning, scheduling and creative tools. Our team loves HopperHq and the multiple tools that make Instagram marketing a breeze.

Sometimes Hopper can be a bit slow to load and an integrated analytics software would be useful to find out the best times to post e.t.c

That you can schedule IG posts in advance.

The cropping process to get your picture to fit within IG restrictions is erratic. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I´ve used many social media management tools and and when I found Hooper HQ it was love at first site. Simple, intuitive tool, great scheduling funtionalities and possibility to apply filters directly without the need of logging in into any of your social media account

Cons:

I am still missing some features that would be great like possibility of posting stories, being able to reuse your daily hashtags without typing in or adding in social media channels like linkeding.
