LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a prospecting and sales insights tool that allows businesses to find the right people and companies for the most relevant prospects. Using the LinkedIn network, businesses can source recommended prospects and uncover real-time sales updates on all accounts and leads. With CRM integration, LinkedIn Sales Navigator automatically saves and logs all leads and accounts as well as sales activity to any CRM with a single click.

    Great for some industries but there are other options out there.

    For me, it didn't have the greatest impact and I ended up spending more time researching people and industries. I also got sidetracked within my LinkedIn news feed from time to time.

    I liked the ease of use and the LinkedIn integration. It was very straightforward on how to gather contact info and reach out to individuals.
    Cons:
    The biggest con is that everything was handled within LinkedIn. This isn't my preferred way of cold contacting someone but this is a great way for some people. I feel like it has a lot to do with your personality and industry.

    Cons:

    Overall, it’s great and absolutely necessary for my job. I’ve connected with so many people through my job postings and messages. Being able to post jobs is great, too. It’s really easy to post and navigate applicants through.

    All of the different criteria it allows you to use to find people. I use it everyday for my job. It’s allowed me to network with people really easily and connect to help them find jobs.
    Cons:
    You can’t view every single page if people unless you upgrade. There might be 4k+ people I my search, but I can only see the first 100 pages.

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a great tool for account executives and sales development reps alike - it makes it easy to find target prospects at companies of all industries. It integrates seamlessly with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Seamless.Ai.
    Cons:
    It would be great if LinkedIn Sales Navigator integrated directly with Salesforce so that you can save lead lists. There is a manual way to do this but a direct integration would be much easier.

    How clean, well designed, and effective the membership and tools are on LinkedIn. The site has gotten so busy with daily traffic, that it's hard to catch the attention of individuals or keep track of them. This solves both, easily.
    Cons:
    The price per month is quite high for what it offers, and managing two tabs is a bit clunky. It would be nice to have the option for some services to be a widget vs a whole other page.

    Theoretically, lots of good lead and account search features.
    Cons:
    The product is a scam. I paid USD 120 for a monthly contract. After 5-10 lead searches, my ability to search leads gets auto-blocked to "protect the integrity of the platform." Customer support is useless, linking to nonsensical policies and asking me to take screenshots of information that is outside of the platform, sensitive and illegal to ask for. As a user, I hate the sales inbounds I get on LinkedIn. However, if LinkedIn wants to reduce sales activity on LinkedIn, do NOT sell LinkedIn Sales Navigator -- especially not the price tag you're selling it for.
