    The ease of use and the logical structure with which it was designed.
    Cons:
    Nothing particular as of now. I look forward to a host of new features that are being released soon. Various integrations, contact information capture functions, new sharing functions and much more.

    I tested the tool over a longer period of time for a client. I really loved the contact with support and the fact the tool focusses on the functionality that really matters rather than trying to be a one stop shop for all kind stuff.

    It is a very robust tool that has the most important features you'd like to have in a CRM tool. You can easily add, edit and segment contacts. The projectplanning capabilities are also very nice Mokapen has a great customer service that is really there to answer questions. They really listen to the needs of the customers and use this import to directly improve their tool. I love the fact that they have a public roadmap so you can see what developments are yet to come. The tool is also very very reasonably priced. I would recommend it is you are starting out with CRM.
    Cons:
    I like the fact that you could use the tool as a ticketing service. But I think it only works with registered users that also count towards your total user count for the account. For a ticketing system I'm not sure I would want customers having to create an account. I'm sure that for agencies looking for following up projects the way the tool works is fine. It was just not a fit with our business. Mokapen support is great! You can send them a message on the website and they almost always reply instantly. They can further improve the tool if the create more support artikels on how to use the tool.

    Mokapen is the perfect CRM for micro and small businesses. Showing a very clear interface, suitable for those who are dealing with such an application for the first time. A perfect tool for managing projects, tasks, clients, sales and being able to leverage data for analysis and forecasting.

    Initially the functionality was limited, but over time even the free version has caught up
