Pros:

I've been using OneUp for over a year, and I highly recommend it. It's very seamless to connect all the social media accounts. I especially like that you can auto-post to the Google Business profile.

Cons:

I'd say the only con to OneUp might be sometimes some technical difficulties with posting, but overall everything works.

A Game-Changer for Social Media Management!

The best syndication platform for businesses and agencies!

Amazing, from support, to affordability, I have been using them for over 5 years, and now that I opened my own agency, it is my favorite tool to use hands down!

It connect to all the major platforms, including GMB, which is very important for our agency, Doc Digital SEM. We post frequently for our clients on their GMB, so it is very important for us to have a tool that is easy to use, easy to organize our clients, and trust worthy in deliverability of posts.

Cons:

There is nothing I do not like about them. They are so good at what they do, I would never switch from them.

OneUp is a total avoid, dont waste your time and money!!

They are absolutely hopeless when it comes to resolving any issues. The software forever generates erros failing 100 to 200 posts at a time. Total avoid and a complete waste of time and money. I have been using Oneup for managing the social media accounts of our digital business. They have 101 different errors and every day new errors show up for no rhyme or reason. Therir customer service is pathetic, they just dont reply and carry a we dont care attitude. When you have 300 to 400 posts scheduled the amount of time you will end up fixing all the posts and their reschecdule reuirements. I would assume Oneup should be paying users to use their software. Initially i was tolerant and kept editing failed posts time and again. Inspite of paying a a full price monthly subscription without any discounts or deals they just dont care. I dont think any marketer on entrepreneur should put up with such pathetic service. Dont waste your time and money go elsewhere!!!

Hey Anand, I just checked out your account and it looks like you were using OneUp to spam over 20,000 posts to your social media accounts. The error messages you were receiving were coming directly from the social networks, letting you know that you were publishing too often.

Best option to manage social network

I tried different apps and this is the best, cheap and complete that I found in the entire internet and it works to 10 profiles without the need of expensive upgrades!

Cheap and complete solution to schedule posts in my social networks (limit of 10). It works great and gives me complete analytics.

Cons:

It doesn’t auto post in personal Facebook profile. But it works great with pages and other social networks!

I have been very impressed with OneUp from the minute I registered. I received a personal email straight away and have had great customer support. They are very competitively priced and offer a great service.

Cons:

I struggled a little at first with reels but have always had great support with any queries and everything is self explanatory once you get into it.

Price and functionality. As a charity we have to spend our money wisely. OneUp offers great functionality and excellent customer service at a very competitive price.

OneUp: Elegant & Intuitive, & Works with Bluesky!

I enjoyed the intuitive user interface a great deal. I didn't have to try and figure out the logic behind a new SAAS, and I didn't have to dig through manuals, forums and Reddit to make things work. OneUp just works, and that is much appreciated.

OneUp is easy to set up and start scheduling posts. Creating multiple accounts on specific platforms was breeze. The UI was elegant and intuitive. Plus, OneUp works with Bluesky!

Cons:

Honestly, I haven't found anything yet to not like about OneUp. There's always something irksome, I just haven't encountered anything yet--and that says a lot.

Prohibitive cost, stressful set up, used this service at last gig.

They didn't integrate with Bluesky, where all my customers congregate. Plus they're too expensive. Initial setup was painful.

Best Social Media Scheduler Tool

Customer support was helpful and proactive. Scheduling works as expected and it's easy to use. My engagement is already up.

Love first comment scheduling and that it posts to Google My Business too. Having 10 social media accounts, even with different logins is helpful too.

Cons:

Wish it was a little more affordable but compared to what it is able to do and other social media schedulers, I'm willing to pay for it.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is a freelancer or creative and has a hard time keeping up with posting schedules this is fro you.

Overall my experience has been great. Seeing the calendar with all of my post. Allowing my clients to see what is happening for the week in real time. I love it.

I love that I am able to use it to post for my clients along with myself. The ability to batch posts across platforms and customize the language for each has been super helpful.

Cons:

So far I dont have any cons if I'm being honest. I think when the TikTok outage happened it was a bit frustrating but that wasn't OneUp's fault.
