Reliable, Consistent Social Media Management

I was looking for something new that wasn't as expensive as Sprout Social and found Sendible had most of the features of Sprout for a fraction of the price. Sendible also doesn't charge for every little extra you need. The amount of accounts I have connected to Sendible without being charged extra is truly fantastic. I so appreciate having a company that understands that freelancers like myself don't have as much money to spend, but to deliver high quality, competitive results, we need high level features. Thank you for being exactly what I needed when I needed it!

Realistic pricing and ease of use. I also like that you can tag other accounts with ease - unfortunately some other programs don't allow this for some platforms.

Cons:

I think the reporting could be stepped up a bit. It's a little bit limiting for my taste, so I use an ancillary reporting software. That said, even with the extra software added, it's still not as expensive as having Sprout would be.

The way I have to remember to go to Sendible on my mobile phone and push things onto Instagram.

Want to Love Sendible but 1 problem

Overall I really liked Sendible and thought it was going to be the service for us. To be honest I've been through a bunch of different similar software and services and it's hard to find the "right" or "perfect" app/service. If this could be solved I would definitely give Sendible another try.

Sendible was aa very user friendly program that was checking off all the boxes I needed. If you are using the middle or higher plan then it would have been 100% fine.

Cons:

I could not figure out how to preschedule more then 10 posts in advance. It may not seem like a big deal for some but I like to have the whole month set up in the first few days of the month and this restriction kept it from happening. Maybe I was doing something wrong but I struggled with it.

Social scheduling made easy

I have been using Sendible since August 2016 and it’s been a big time saver. I think it’s fairly easy to use not too much of a learning curve if you have just started with them.

There are many pros with Sendible. First, I love that they are always evolving and introducing new features to the platform. It’s easy to schedule content on many platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Google my Business (yes, you should be posting there!). There’s a Canva integration which makes creating graphics much easier and efficient. Also, very easy to curate new content and add RSS feeds.

Cons:

I would say their app - I am on the go a lot and to be able to post content via the app would be ideal. It’s not as intuitive as the desktop platform. Hopefully it’s in the works and it more than likely is.

I tested the other options out too, but ultimately felt Sendible fit my needs much better and they have a great company culture and care about their customers.

Simple and Quick!

Easy to use but bare bones tool

Overall, I like Sendible. Their customer support is good, and they're adding new features frequently (Threads was just added and BlueSky is coming apparently). I think the photo editing tool is a little clunky but I overall find the scheduling good for my use. I haven't really used the analytics.

I like the calendar view. I found this unique from other products.

Cons:

I don't like how you have to filter within the calendar view in order to see sent posts vs. scheduled posts. I wish there was a way to see everything, with the sent posts in a different color or faded out or something.
