SocialBu is a social media management platform designed to help small businesses automate post scheduling, monitoring and publishing across channels. It allows teams to pre-schedule content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google My Business accounts, save posts in drafts to revisit and configure separate teams for multiple brands.
Features of SocialBu include approval workflow management, custom queues, bulk import, preview functionality, tagging, keyword monitoring, collaboration and more. It offers a centralized inbox, which enables administrators to track and respond to comments, reviews and chats across various social accounts. Managers can utilize an analytics module to monitor brand performance on all channels, identify trending content, gain insights into individual posts and generate reports using graphs or charts.

The Best Social Media Management Tool I Can Hope For

When I was looking for a new social media management tool after my old one raised its pricing to 3x my subscription, I tried ALL the social media management tools, trying to find one that will have the features I need at a reasonable cost. After a month of doing that, hands down, SocialBu surpassed them all. Their recycle feature alone makes them stand out from the rest and the number of accounts you can connect with their cheapest plan is more than what others are offering. In the beginning, there were features I needed that weren't there, but as I explained how these features impacted my word, they slowly implemented them in incremental upgrades! What business does that nowadays? They proactively ask for feedback and suggestions and listen to their customers' needs... and I believe that's crucial to the success of a business. It must know the different ways their customers are using their application. Very happy to be part of the SocialBu family and I highly recommend it. It's not just a tool but a partnership that listens and evolves with you.

Bang for your small business buck!

SocialBu is a lifesaver for me as a small business. I have used HootSuite as a professional communications specialist/social manager and didn't realize how astronomical the price is for that platform now. I used ChatGPT to analyze affordable social schedulers and SocialBu was top rated and I have to agree. Thank you for providing a very helpful tool at such a realistic price point. Overall, I am quite satisfied with SocialBu. The cost to benefit ratio is fairly balanced, and their constantly updating platform means many of the features you might want right now are likely to appear in the future. Their customer service is quick to respond and help find solutions to bugs and solutions. Disclaimer: Back in 2023, I was forced to move my social media activity to another platform when the SMMS I had been using cut support for the primary platform I was using at the time. While searching for a suitable alternative, a SocialBu rep reached out to ask questions about what I needed, present some of SocialBu's features, and offer a one-time discount to try it out. I've stuck with them ever since!

At the time, SmarterQueue had cut support for Twitter, which was the primary platform for my podcast. I needed to replace SQ's features with something comparable. While SocialBu works a little differently than SQ (it's Queue system isn't quite as intuitive and quick to set up), it does what I needed it to do. The initial setup might have taken longer than it did with SQ, but once it was set up, SocialBu worked. Beyond that, I honestly can't complain. Its other features are solid, and I don't know that I'd go back to SmarterQueue at this stage even if Twitter isn't a platform I need anymore.

This is your best option for social media scheduling!

I've only been with SocialBu for a week, but seriously, I was only on it for 10 minutes when I knew it was the right place for me.. and believe me, I've tried lots of them! Within an hour I'd built my queues and left my old social media scheduling platform. I haven't had any issues at all. Also, I want to give a shout-out to their customer service, who when had had an issue with needing more queues, got back to me immediately and we worked out a plan!! VERY interactive and helpful!

They changed their plan to professional only, at the end of this month. My book promoter suggested SocialBu, and I tried it, and was instantly hooked! I'm actually glad HootSuite is moving to professional, because I wouldn't have gone looking otherwise, and found SocialBu!

Creative ways to use Queues!

I needed something that didn't have all the extra features. I needed a simple platform where I could bulk upload, schedule, and monitor. SocialBu gave me exactly that. I greatly appreciated the overall visual simplicity of the platform (not a lot of colors, straightforward buttons), while being powerful enough to do exactly what I needed to do schedule, maintain, and monitor social content.
